10/5/2017 10:51 | Couldn't resist a few more, at today's reduced price,in the hope that the Icemax will be on the move shortly. FTJ. I'm too old for gimmicks and proud breasted scantily draped birds on board, I'll be happy to break even. regards | peaeff
10/5/2017 10:26 | That was my yacht! | funtimejonny
10/5/2017 09:27 | ...false alarm. | steelwatch
10/5/2017 09:20 | Too soon to tell if anything stirring, but a wee harbour tug just pulled up next to the good ship... | steelwatch
10/5/2017 08:37 | Just look at O&G investment Capex over the past 3 years, there's your answer. | zhockey
10/5/2017 07:45 | GD,Tony good at bringing parties to the milk drums but getting them to drink is another thing. Not as easy as it looks I bet but plenty of positive data available on Barryroe and definite hope value with Druid/Drombeg. Have always fancied Spanish Point and baffled on how long it is taking to farmout this one as a precursor to a drill or two. Lady luck was not shining on PVR 2 years back when rig destined for Spanish Point got held up on delayed repair work at H&W. Cairn are busy in Senegal and not rushing much. | hermana3
10/5/2017 07:09 | Herm, I don't give credit to those who are born with a silver spoon in their mouth. I do give credit to those who have used that silver spoon wisely. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
09/5/2017 17:10 | FTJ,Buying shares is above all about hope! Market likes Mackay and his moves at Europa but our leader does not get same credit or adulation! | hermana3
09/5/2017 17:06 | The triumph of hope over bitter experience! | funtimejonny
09/5/2017 17:03 | Another good day at Europa and paint drying time here. Was flat as a dodo before first Druid/Drombeg farmout so here's hoping there's plenty going on behind the scenes. | hermana3
09/5/2017 12:06 | Curry, PVR will have the next Atlantic deal and Huge has been huffing and puffing about a new partner for a while now. The only question is whether the prospective partner for Druid/Drombeg may just buy the whole shooting match here while they are at it. Wouldn't put any kind of a dent in their balance sheet either. Watch this space.... | hermana3
09/5/2017 10:23 | I can see EOG at 20p, and the next Irish Atlatic deal sounds close, watching Huge's latest interview. Come on PVR, a lot of other small oilers are hoping for a good result here, could be 'company maker' for some. | currypasty
09/5/2017 09:53 | Ise, No problem, just trying to help. For me I too am happy enough to wait and see, though not sea trials if that is what your referring to. I am happy waiting for the Druid drill and the outcome which IMHO will be good. Herm, Your spot on about Hugh, though EOG with Cairns money are due to commence a 3D seismic on LO 16/19 in the AM. Lots of other action by EOG in the AM and are now waiting for PVR Druid drill results, which IMHO will be good. PVR and EOG will have a lot of potential farm in partners knocking at their doors. It may even be happening now. EOG are content to carry on with their UK ops in the meantime. The oil production from its 3 producing license's is bringing in sufficient cash to cover the running costs of EOG. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
09/5/2017 08:48 | Ise,Good post and Hugh Mackay,CEO of Europa said in his RNS yesterday The Atlantic Margin is set for takeoff this Summer. He is happy to sit back in his comfortable lounger and let PVR do the heavy lifting of course. The undisputed Industry leader will be busy setting the pace...... | hermana3
09/5/2017 08:32 | GD: I'm happy enough to wait and see, but thanks for the post anyway. Cheers! | isef0001
09/5/2017 08:25 | I can feel the excitement starting to stir. This really is a biggie for PVR and it has to be said, for all the rubbishing that TOR has been given over the past couple of years by posters on this thread, and perhaps deservedly so, he also pulled off a couple of blinders. The US$70m placing, which has kept the company out of the liquidators hands, and the Icemax and associated drilling contracts that have brought the overall estimate of the Druid Drombeg dill in at US42m. Obviously, those negotiations would have been a team effort and aided by the low poo and lack of drilling investment but it is still a dog eat dog business. Then there was the Cairn farm in so that makes three good efforts. So for mine, well done TOR and team, regardless of the outcome of this drill! | isef0001
09/5/2017 08:13 | ise, Re sea trials, that would depend on the extent of the repairs carried out. Email the drill ship owners. I am sure they would answer your question. GLA, GD | greatfull dead
09/5/2017 08:02 | How long does it take to pump 5.5mt of fuel oil into the Icemax? The Petroport is alongside of Icemax again today. Is this the third and final fill? I think we'll see Icemax on the move shortly.(next few days maybe) Wonder if it needs to do sea trials after repairs before setting off for Druid/Drombeg. | isef0001
08/5/2017 22:39 | Petroport has a capacity of 5,500 mt IceMax has a fuel oil capacity of 16,565m3 so may take 3 fillups if starting from empty. | steelwatch
08/5/2017 22:15 | cgod - ship in port slated for spud in June. Still time to meet schedule. As for Barryroe & Spanish Point farmouts, watched pots never boil, so best concentrate on the known knowns for now. | steelwatch
08/5/2017 20:41 | Buffy if the icemax hits paydirt the bigboys will become very interested very fast. Jnr's future is uncertain regardless. But if he gets the share price to his option price of 45p we're all winners | 1cagney
08/5/2017 20:29 | Lanio, Greed will dictate that when the drill starts turning on the 2b bbl prospect the price will rise. I won't be around for the result. I don't invest in companies with a CEO like PVR's. Buffy | buffythebuffoon
08/5/2017 19:56 | Its still showing as 'under repair' tho. | 1cagney |
