11/8/2021 20:56 | Maybe great technology (e&oe - I am not a fuel cell techie) but a market cap of £340M and sales of £1.9M and a loss and a cash burn of £4.7m plus extra loan financing agreed suggests this is deep in bargepole teritory for postential new investors - Could be many years yet - imo before a bottom line profit materialises - only gut feel hope might be that the technology is so good that private equity with cash to burn and wanting to get into the clean tech business might just take a punt. Just thinking of possible scenarioo - but not taking any buy action. | ![]() pugugly
06/8/2021 12:37 | OK, but Graphs, News and Fundamentals are essential - useful reminding me how we are going. Add them to the new thread and I will move there. Also I think your title needs Power Systems added to relate to the full name and the symbol PPS. | ![]() zingaro
06/8/2021 10:04 | It seems that neither news of a UK order (30/7), nor the appointment of a non-exec responsible for "corporate" affairs (5/8) has stopped the share price sinking. But, perhaps the latter news is intended to resolve this. Btw tenpin, I prefer this thread as it has the charts. | ![]() zingaro

22/7/2021 07:01 | . Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint, is delighted to announce the receipt of a further order from E-Trucks Europe for seven HyRange 43 Hydrogen Fuel Cell systems to be deployed in refuse collection trucks. This follows the first order from E-Trucks Europe for five systems which was announced in January 2020. The E-Trucks Europe vehicles are fully electrified (drive train and waste collector) refuse collection trucks with 136 kWh batteries where the Proton HyRange systems act as range extenders and allow almost continuous daily operation. E-Trucks Europe hydrogen refuse trucks have been deployed in, among others, the cities of Groningen, Best, Breda, Eindhoven and Helmond. Delivery of this new contract is anticipated over the next 18 months. Additionally, E-Trucks Europe and Proton Motor have entered into a contract to provide maintenance services for the next five years. Dr. Nahab, CEO of Proton Motor, commented: "We are delighted with this order which, following E-Trucks Europe's initial order for five units, confirms the attraction and reliability of Proton's HyRange extenders in harsh, real life commercial vehicle applications." Mr. Andre Beukers, CEO of E-Trucks, said: "After the initial deployment of five Proton Motor HyRange units, we are very pleased to continue our co-operation with Proton Motor and be able to offer our customers fully hydrogen-electric refuse collection trucks which can be used 24 hours a day whilst remaining emission free and silent." | ![]() skinny
