Patience is needed here - they are in a busy, new sector and the best will out.

50% demise from the highs which is not unusual for ftse AIM. Volume is still relatively high so I doubt its being manipulated but technicals are becoming lively now...

:-) I had ment to fall back and correct, A 100% fall would be something to worry about !.

I have no idea and can see no reason for the constant fall in the share price Just maybe the market makers or shorters see a opportunity to drag the price down !. Or maybe the people who bought the spike are just cutting losses and selling. My highest buy was at 109p so looking stupid just now, Hae ho. I'll hold my nerve and keep with my plan.

Good luck

Hi...can someone please explain why the share price keeps plummeting every day...there must be a reason for the sell off. There has been no news from the company but what is the problem???

You pays your money and takes your chances :-)

Down 100% from its January high - this is true but it also goes to show drip feeding money into stocks is better than a lump sum.

Clean energy is the future imho. How you play it and with which companies, is up to each individual. I will continue to drip feed into all my clean energy stocks and not worry about what the share price has done today.

No advice intended, just thinking out loud.

Good luck.

tenapen - Many thanks - I suspect that both ITM & PPS may be overvalued thanks to ESG funds buying in a limited market - Of the 2 ITM possibly the most over valued as again (imo) weak managment
Hence my interest here. Will keep digging but still potentially looks overvalued

Hi PUGUGLY, thanks.
I read the piece and noted how it reflects my long term positive view on the clean energy revolution and nnot to panic at the falling share prices and buy the dip. Always bearing in mind not to gamble more than you can afford to loose.

Re protos - my simple take on PPS vs ITM

Itm are aiming at the mass market cheap and cheerful but hope to sell a lot !

PPS are working in exclusive projects, I guess with the hope of being the go-to company for the more designer projects.

Which is the better strategy would determine which company you invested in.

PPS are poorly placed, a German company listed in the UK with its office in the north east - just this alone looks Dodgy !.
Also a director who owns too large a percentage of shares and loans to pps - the fund managers would be wary. He has been selling into the recent strength but is would take many years to get his holding down to a level ! at this rate of selling !.
Also PPS is invisible and is rarely seen in a news link. Even the fellow Fuel Cell companies threads here on advfn list+ charts other related companies from the UK and abroad yet PPS are never on the list.

This is a positive. While it is under the radar I can quietly add when funds allow in the hope that long term, cream rises to the top.

Sorry I do not give lots of figure's and graph's ! but lots of info can be taken from the company web-site and news feeds.

tenapen - With an ETF you are brodly buying the market and this one is mainly focused on renewable energy producers ie:- Utility type companies rather than prime producers of mobile power sources which (imo) could have much higher ALPHA - hence trying to do deep DD on Proton - but cautious and probing as Market seems to be unhappy about it.

Jpuff,

You have to follow your instincts, good luck.

For me, I'm confident we are at the start of a clean tech revolution and so I will continue to add small amounts as funds allow.

Could be related to the shut down and misjudged pandemic strategy in Europe which can only get worse for them now
