31/3/2021 09:01 | You have to wonder, how did they not know when they were cobbling the shoe box of accounts together? | tom barnaby
31/3/2021 08:54 | I remain in awe of jeffians prescient post of 25 March jeffian25 Mar '21 - 12:23 - 88622 of 88722 0 0 0 Well I assume the full year results must be imminent but the real "news" will be how on earth their "cash generative" business increased cash by £1.4m from £4.6m revenue (not GP) and £4.4m operating costs. I am agog. followed the next day on 26 March by the RNS The Directors of Proteome Sciences are pleased to announce that the Company now expects to report profit after tax materially higher than announced on 25 January. This is primarily due to higher than expected royalty receipts from Thermo Scientific for the last quarter of 2020 Funny that. Lets see what the numbers reveal tomorrow, good luck to holders | elpirata
31/3/2021 08:38 | A surprise announcement like a heavily dilutive fundraiser pools? | stocktastic

31/3/2021 02:13 | I think Jeffian or Goatherd once pointed out he can't convert because not enough authorised capital. Haven't checked but seemed likely. Grandchildren settled - back to bed. | suffolkhath
30/3/2021 20:45 | If I can get a 15p sale out of this, will be enough for me. Going forward, the pandemic will be beneficial to the products PRM offer, so I see a bright future ahead. | the bull
30/3/2021 20:32 | If it’s *your* opinion then it’s good enough for me. | tom barnaby
30/3/2021 20:28 | Of course PRM has "turned the corner", if it can be profitable in a year like 2020 with the Covid-19 pandemic and associated prolonged mass lab closures etc in the first lockdown, then it's a safe bet from here on in. TMT growing very well, biomarker services growing very well, stroke tests plus milestones and royalties coming this year, plus possibly "a surprise announcement". Proteome Sciences is now a sustainably profitable company. | pools2
30/3/2021 18:47 | Well that would be 30% over estimates. It would be nice to think we may have turned the corner | hatfullofsky
30/3/2021 15:13 | He'll need to be careful then, because someone might shaft him back. | wasjobber
30/3/2021 13:29 | Once slippery, always slippery | stocktastic
30/3/2021 13:28 | TheBull...maybe... but he was willing to shaft holders with all of the 'off' guidance And he would be a fool to convert before ensuring PRM had done any last fundraising. Put simply, there is no rush to convert | stocktastic
30/3/2021 13:15 | Elpirata, you are correct In the past, PRM used that trick many times with guidance - 30% higher is 'significant', right? No, not on a base of next to nothing I think we could have a decent guess - it is not going to be astronomical! | stocktastic
30/3/2021 13:09 | Goggin -points being that Vulpes has had a large stake for years and years .... and there is nothing aggressive - they have never increased massively by buying in the market | stocktastic
30/3/2021 12:34 | I think if he wanted to screw us over he could have done it by now. Hoping to clear a hundred K here within the next year or two | the bull
30/3/2021 11:19 | just what is 'materially higher' than £30k profit? Helium selling, & wrt that loan amendment rns, its all starting to look rather contrived to me | elpirata
30/3/2021 11:13 | My ramping is uneducated, and you call this a ramp ha ha, it takes one to know one. I personally don't care whether you have a position or none in PRM, just pointing out who their backers are. Now get a life or sit outside and enjoy this beautiful spring sunshine:-) | goggin
30/3/2021 10:57 | Oh dear Goggin, do keep up! Your ramping is uneducated ... Also,Vulpes are not what I'd call 'aggressive' They ended up with large stakes in a couple of biotechs due to 15 years of failure, while they averaged down... and averaged down....and averaged down | stocktastic
30/3/2021 10:41 | VIM takes a stake in Oxford Biomedica PLC today, they are usually quite aggressive in their investment strategy, let's see what happensVULPES LIFE SCIENCES FUND Resulting situation on the date on which threshold was crossed or reached 12.00% 0% 12.00% 9,891,216 | goggin
30/3/2021 10:25 | I notice that all this "cash generation" isn't actually sufficient to repay a modest loan or even the interest. | jeffian
30/3/2021 09:38 | Zak @ Sharetalk Is that the new Tony Craze? Stock being pumped up to get a placing away and try to reduce some of CJP's loan? As I suggested... the stock was coming from Helium "We now find ourselves invested in a sustainably profitable company, with cutting edge tech and a massive mostly untapped market, with huge growth potential" Yeah, untapped is right .... and dont forget the massive, convertable loan that could wipe out holders | stocktastic
30/3/2021 08:16 | If we had a 1:100 Consolidation we could consider having a party. | suffolkhath |
