Hi Ken,

We could indeed - it's quite a while since we last heard anything.

Rented out the YHA building one weekend last year - quite a nice weekend actually. The seafront was clearly a splendid place once upon a time, but has been largely overtaken by the kiss-me-quick merchants.

Ken,

Cotswolds is nice - particularly like the water parks and there was a really nice safari/zoo there.

Why the reference to GT Yarm?

Thanks space
Had a fantastic weekend in the Cotswolds.
All I need now is for PROP to announce they've bought Great Yarmouth for £72! IMO this would be a discount of at least £20 LOL.

I wouldn't worry about the VOG - very low just now; tempting me to top-up.

Hope you have a good weekend and a better week next week.

I've had a seriously bad week on the markets.
What's worse is that I've been away in meetings so not been able to do a lot about it. Had a long position spread hit a stop on BLT. Not good, money burned.
VOG still painful. ZGP position also hit a stop and closed. PROP drifting lower. I sold HBOS at 1082, only for that to pick up..

Aggghhh

Oh well, away for the weekend with the wife, so I think I'll crack a beer.

Me too Ken, but it would be nice not to see too much drift. I suppose Philjeans is right about the lumpiness of this share in particular - ups and downs more than usual.

I don't have a big holding.
Think I'll just hold whatever happens.
Have not come across any similar companies, but there must be loads out there. This boy does know how to make money, and I think the news will usually be good, if very sporadic!

Bit of pressure on the share price following a few recent Sells - I'd be disappointed to dip below 60p, but feel that it's on the cards unless we receive some positive news.

The release of their unexciting results a few weeks ago hit the shareprice by about 15% and there has been very little trading activity since.

A fairly recent thing I noticed was a company website - www.propertyrecycling.co.uk which is ok to have a look at. It does have a research note from City Insights which is worth reading, other that that nothing new.

Profits are always going to be lumpy - could be losses too from time to time if no significant sales are produced in a trading period.

But the potential for enormous gains are still building up and holders need to be patient; this is a long term hold.

Holding too, altho' I can imagine quite a few small investors selling due to perceived disappointment.

Ken,

I understand your frustration. However, I very seldom follow rumours, relying very much on careful examination of fundamentals and monitoring of performance for a period (following tip generally) before taking the plunge.

Wake up! The SP's beginning to climb again.
