06/6/2006 10:01 | First property (FPO) produced some stonking results today and as the day is generally a bad one the shares have not moved. This could be agreat buying opportunity but DYOR. Best wishes. MW | miss womble
22/5/2006 13:43 | We seem to be under attack today - as with many other shares, no fundamental reason, merely modest panic selling exploited by the MMs. | spaceparallax
08/5/2006 12:34 | Some news update would be nice - otherwise, very quiet here. | spaceparallax
06/4/2006 11:40 | Buyers seem to be returning in this new FY. | spaceparallax
30/3/2006 15:22 | Philj, Thanks, for the company. | spaceparallax
30/3/2006 13:15 | s/p - still here ....and watching with interest. Once they get more detailed pp and market the sites in East Anglia this is gonna fly. Meanwhile I'm locking them away but it's good to see others like the story too. | philjeans
30/3/2006 10:53 | Nice share price activity this morning. Please will someone keep me company here. | spaceparallax
29/3/2006 19:07 | We seem to have a keen collector on board - long may they continue. | spaceparallax
24/3/2006 13:37 | Volumes down from the last couple of days, but virtually all Buys and hitting 76p - would anticipate a tick-up soon. | spaceparallax
24/3/2006 12:03 | Looking very positive, share price spike largely holding. Seems to be some daily and journal coverage - would expect a wave of buying next week, in what is, after all, a share that appears to combine sound business concept, eco ideals and tremendous potential. | spaceparallax
23/3/2006 14:08 | I note that the larger trades in the sell column are shown late, out of time sequence. | farsight
23/3/2006 09:44 | Some shares do take a while for to get noticed, and it takes a bit of patience - not always my best suit. Please filter "The Ribber". | farsight
23/3/2006 08:18 | A few more taking the plunge into brown field potential this morning. Long term, this could well be a multi-bagger - just waiting for the right deal in East Anglia. | philjeans
22/3/2006 13:57 | Thanks philjeans, CR. | farsight
22/3/2006 11:56 | Been watching this one for a while, as have GCI - following the good results, have bought in today. There are downsides to the business e.g. the unpredictability of turnover, but the basic concept is IMHO an excellent one i.e. brownfield development - from my construction experience, an area that scares many companies witless because it's outside their expertise and hence a high risk factor to them; whereas for a company focussed on that market, who have a real understanding of the problems, the standards to be met and the true level of risk this could be very lucrative. Also, environmental shifts should help rather than hinder this business area. Would not be surprised to see very rapid growth and a tremendous increase in share price | spaceparallax
22/3/2006 10:32 | tipped on Growth Co Investor last night, hence the tick up. CR | cockneyrebel
22/3/2006 10:19 | Farsight - I'm sure you're correct in that; and that is why WHG is moving to Aim. Buy now at a discount or wait and get'em at a premium. | philjeans
22/3/2006 10:02 | I'm not keen on OFEX, philjeans. I do this for fun rather than for a living, and they're thin and flat. | farsight
22/3/2006 08:03 | Steady as she goes after the results - no big surprises there but a confident prediction about future earnings. One to tuck away and await developments. Off topic - WHG is another construction business fascinated by brown field sites; but Wren is much more established, profitable and undervalued. Might be worth a punt. | philjeans

21/3/2006 10:37 | Put me down for the £5k's worth first thing chaps. | farsight
21/3/2006 08:13 | Yes; results were as previously well trailed, with no surprises, but the divi is a great little bonus! They are obviously frustrated not to have spent all the money yet and are busily examining lots of options; when they find the right one the profits can be absolutely huge, so I'm happy to sit it out another year or so. Has exceptional opportunities for growth. But it'll be LUMPY! | philjeans
21/3/2006 07:52 | Unexpected 1p dividend. | tole |
