15/4/2009 09:01 | Indeed - or everyone just piles into the latest craze....based on the toplist... | fairdeal2008
15/4/2009 08:28 | I'm afraid, Fairdeal, either that very few of us have found this thread, or that those that have are not able/willing to suggest any good reasons for believing in undervaluations. IPI up another 7.6% now (8.25 a.m.), and Matrix (MERE)up 1.4%. | asmodeus
14/4/2009 08:44 | E.G. - Invesco Property (IPI) - up 41% already this morning - why? Bullet points? Edit - now up 57.8% ! (8.57 a.m.) | asmodeus
12/4/2009 21:36 | I could mention quite a few property cos. that have been clearly deemed undervalued, and hence enjoyed astronomical price rises, but am unable to give you any bullet points at all - let alone four - because current figures for valuations, LTVs etc. are unavailable to me. I have doubled-up on some of these, but only on the very ill-advised basis of " somebody must know something" for these rises to be taking place. "Erstwhile" seems the best-informed on these things, and maybe he will comment? | asmodeus
08/4/2009 08:58 | Hi FD - coincidentally I started a similar thread last December. I also use it to post evidence of the recovery: | skyship
07/4/2009 22:25 | ha yes sorry bout that - just seen a few big uplifts and though might as well provide a focal point for ideas ----- you got any Not concerned re sanskrit, Prakrit would be even better though..... | fairdeal2008
07/4/2009 19:02 | Thought I would start a list of undervalued property companies (recognising that recently a few have gone on to achieve substantial share price recoveries). Please provide: 1. the name of the company; 2. the EPIC; 3. three or four clear bullet points explaining why the company is undervalued and deserves a re-rate. Thanks | fairdeal2008

01/1/2009 11:57 | Todays Times has PROP as 'tiddler to watch in 2009'- " although the property market is in bad shape, the group, flat at 12.5p, will be able to buy land more cheaply" | lyntwyn
22/12/2008 11:34 | Take a look at this for a 2009 opportunity Bookmark it for details being added later. May even appeal to an investment club. | rockraven
15/9/2008 10:16 | Looks like Prop have gone into hibernation. | spaceparallax
18/8/2008 09:55 | Pug, It would stand to reason that Prop will be further affected. I suppose the one silver lining is that we don't also have lots invested in developments atop the land. | spaceparallax
18/8/2008 09:30 | Savills reported in todays Telegraph as saying that residential building land has droped by 20% in first 6 month of year and could drop by up to 50% before the current slump is over. Could hit Property Recycling very hard (imo & dyor). There will be many more sites available at very much lower prices, I was quite keen on thevaluations some 9 months ago but now very much on the sideline. Any other views? | pugugly
12/7/2008 22:13 | energyi, just listened to it, pretty scary stuff but I just don't buy it - I wouldn't be surprised by perhaps a 30% correction when all said and done, but these guys are talking 50-70% which imo is just a little far fetched | nmf777
