24/8/2010 06:18 | Cracking results ! UK only accounts for 10% of revenues.Concerns about the impact of cut backs in public expenditure here well overdone imo | nurdin
04/8/2010 10:29 | I think this is just down on Public sector cutbacks........ we shall see... | slapdash
04/8/2010 10:28 | I wonder how many of the shares are on loan for shorting. If it is high prw could move north very quickly on good news if the shorts have to close. | swanddot
04/8/2010 08:08 | this one is being shorted even with good news the share price falls! since trading update which was very good + statement that cut backs from government will not effect revenues, its fallen thru the floor 15% + | divinausa1
03/8/2010 14:59 | This one has only just come up on my radar so I dont know too much about PRW just wondering folks what % of their revenues come from Europe - maybe the perception is with all the European Governments tightening their belts now means smaller European educational budgets?? Any thoughts from anyone out there?? | malc999
30/7/2010 05:46 | that trading statement must of been a profit warning in disguise | divinausa1
30/7/2010 05:45 | its being shorted. I had to sell passed my stop loss big manipulation going on here, to fall 15% on that trading statement + the company saying austerity measures not going to have effect on the business is a travisty, wonder when the company will release another rns stating why the massive fall last few weeks wiping 100mil off the market cap. | divinausa1
29/7/2010 16:12 | They have slipped again from the 150p level which is surprising given the company would had a duty to disclose bad news in the trading statement | gopher
28/7/2010 09:16 | It may not be a great update if they were expecting 40%. My thoughts are that there are some weak holders on the share register to be flushed out and value investors would be put off at present from catching a falling knife | gopher
28/7/2010 06:56 | so why the big fall? makes it even more bafling, i think in 8 years of investing i have never experienced a fall like that on a great trading update. | divinausa1
28/7/2010 06:19 | Telegraph - 28/7/10: But Promethean World took the wooden spoon, sliding 12½ to 145p, despite reporting a 35pc rise in first-half revenue. In an interview on Tuesday, the chief executive of the educational technology company which makes electronic white boards said Promethean had not seen any impact from government cuts. | simon gordon
27/7/2010 19:06 | I bought at 194 and sold at 176 luckily - There were hedge funds on the shareholder register although Goldmans was paid a fortune to get the float away to longterm shareholders at 200p which was at the bottom end of the initial valuations. I have the impression that this is a stock that the city knows plenty about but 150p ought to a good entry price given the statement was OK | gopher
27/7/2010 17:15 | The Chairman is on the business delegation that has gone to India with David Cameron. Share has become a stinker. | simon gordon
27/7/2010 09:32 | i assumed the director buying 120k worth at 2 pound a share as a positive maybe he has a very long view here.... | divinausa1
27/7/2010 09:31 | thanks SM on your take | divinausa1
27/7/2010 09:25 | I've only spent 5 minutes digging around, but I couldn't locate full results for 2009, which is pretty shocking for a main-listed £300m market cap company. I see it only recently came to market - presumably this info was in the Offering Docs? On the face of it 35% growth sounds great, but I note there are 200m shares in issue, so 2009 EPS was IRO 6p, rising to perhaps 8p this year? Perhaps investors in from the floatation are thinking the valuation is ahead of the current growth rates? All IMHO - I've no prior knowledge of PRW, just looking in. SM | strollingmolby
27/7/2010 08:48 | dont understand this ne great trading statement 35% increase in revenues and the share price is continuing down, anyone explain to me why? | divinausa1
