12/4/2021 19:47 | Supply of stock constrained so a few buys have an oversized effect. Lots of shares have been hoovered up. When supply eases the price will fall but down to some new higher low level when buying starts again. Supply tightens. If some useful news hits it could spring up nicely. TBD. | p1nkfish
12/4/2021 19:13 | I am not against this rise back towards 50p but any clue what is driving it? Seems low volume but quite quick | coldspring
11/4/2021 21:22 | Getting rid of some non-core might help tsrt-up for merger/sale. An acquirer wouldn't want to have to do much divestment, just remove duplication. | p1nkfish
11/4/2021 20:54 | I’d welcome a merger, could become a major force if the right partner was found, ie Unit 4. | cureboy
10/4/2021 10:20 | Look like majority buys yesterday after big uptick in volume on PROAC SA on Thursday. Needs some volume to the upside here. Post 11246. 3.5 months before news?? It's a small part of revenue but a bit less baggage when gone. "At 31 July 2020, the Group was actively progressing the sale of a non-core element of the Group's Business Spend Management business. The Group expects the sale to be completed within 12 months of the year end." | p1nkfish
09/4/2021 13:16 | DBAY been active in ANX. They might have bought some PHD but just not crossed the % boundary. | p1nkfish
09/4/2021 13:10 | DBAY have stopped buying, rather abruptly, following 8/9 months of consistent accumulation of the company up to 17/18%. Questions marks over what they're planning. | cureboy
09/4/2021 09:30 | Could do with the CFO buying some. | p1nkfish
09/4/2021 09:02 | 37K ahare buy just gone through at what looks like full ask. | p1nkfish
09/4/2021 08:47 | My gut tells me, although it's a tough time and the debt etc overhangs it, there is something going on in the background. A cheeky bid would be no surprise at all to me. Its too quiet. | p1nkfish
09/4/2021 08:44 | Volume on PROAC SA yesterday was a multiple of the normal average - please check but I think it was 4x when I looked last night. Might be someone in France knows something. This is new video for the French side: | p1nkfish
09/4/2021 08:10 | 10EMA has crossed above the 20EMA on the Daily timeframe. For chartists that’s usually a pretty strong signal of an upward trend. | cureboy
08/4/2021 16:44 | In case anyone interested, DBAY bought a lot of ANX stock off holders upto 30% approx at 150p recently. The share is currently about 136p. Results soon and roadshows thereafter - can only be to drum up price support and with DBAY at close to 30% above todays price I doubt they will be satisfied with 150p for very long. Don't buy it or follow but an interesting one to see another way DBAY operate. I hold ANX but a speculation, not for 3 years in all likelihood. PHD's day will come and I do expect a crafty approach but I doubt from DBAY. | p1nkfish
07/4/2021 23:09 | Looking over director holdings it stands out that the CFO has only ever bought 15K shares at about 34p. | p1nkfish
06/4/2021 08:54 | Could be a nice blue day. | cureboy
05/4/2021 13:32 | It’s encouraging also that two large institutional investors have bought big percentages of the company in the last year and in DBAYs case average around 39-41p. Something of a base in there. Let them do the due diligence. | cureboy
05/4/2021 13:12 | Can’t be too long before the ARR and new business levels starts to really eat away at the debt. SaaS profit margins are notoriously very high, if they keep doing what they’re doing, plus BePayd, you’d expect the turnaround to gain momentum pretty quickly as we come out of the pandemic. I’m optimistic. | cureboy
03/4/2021 14:09 | LO make no difference if enough shareholders vote to accept. It might take 3 years to get to £1.50. Time is money, partly why this is languishing - opportunity cost to holding it, risk something goes awry in the meantime, debt, Perfect Commerce hang-over (wasn't a good move). Some catalyst needed to shift this else its stuck, imho, until about Oct, in range towards 50p. There are levels up towards 52p when selling will occur keeping a lid on it. Hope I'm wrong. | p1nkfish
03/4/2021 12:38 | One difference between Proactis and Telit is that there’s a larger shareholder here, Lombard Odier sat at 29.2% who have previously rode the wave from 30p to 180p and will be looking for big returns again if the BoD are to be believed on growth prospects. The fact that the two biggest shareholders may have different agendas is interesting. What would Lombard Odier accept for their holding I wonder and are they getting restless? Maybe not... | cureboy
03/4/2021 09:55 | If DBAY have someone buying stock on their behalf and then later transferring to DBAY, possibly at a loss, the question is why? One reasob can be that DBAY can only make an offer for the company at a price above the highest they paid within 3 months prior to the offer. If they paid no more than 42-43p they could use that as the base. Could it also give them some control as small transches can be bought higher, held, and later transferred at volume as price walks down so helping put a lid on the price the market sees vs volume? Small volumes over time at higher price, large volumes at lower price? I don't think this is necessarily good for smaller shareholders unless you have a low average price. See the Telit release with 206p as the last price prior to the offer and chance to take cash or non-voting preference shares for smaller holderts. It looks like a possible blue-print for PHD going forward imho. | p1nkfish
01/4/2021 18:42 | He probably let 60p out knowing it needs a stretch target so he could exit towards 50p. If he said 50p it would run out if steam at 45 or so. This should come good but more time in limbo first. | p1nkfish
01/4/2021 18:09 | Zak Mir does it for a living. Never been right here. | cureboy
01/4/2021 07:57 | Making price and time predictions is a mugs game but I'm a mug. Barring some impressive news I think of this as 40-50p range bound until Oct this year. | p1nkfish
31/3/2021 19:44 | Concerns about Proac SA as I dont believe the unaudited figures. The low post FSP sell-off will be out of the 52 week picture anytime now. | p1nkfish
31/3/2021 19:14 | I don’t think there’ll be any surprises, FY21 guidance maintained despite Covid impact with a strong pipeline of opportunity and next year looking positive. The usual. | cureboy |
