25/5/2021 14:42 | 75p offer with the required 50% backing seems pretty solid to me. I’m holding for the minimum 75p but I think another offer will come in. | cureboy
25/5/2021 13:40 | Someone not expecting it to progress OR not progess fast enough for the return to make sense vs other opportunities available before copmpletion date. Proactis have a part to play in this via showing they are still ploughing a furrow. | p1nkfish
25/5/2021 13:32 | Bid price now 71p - who wants to sell for that with a 75p offer on the table. Hmmm. | cureboy
25/5/2021 13:06 | I think so if they own > 1% and add any at all if its an Offer. Not sure under a Scheme of Arrangement. We havent had an RNS to sat the Scheme is dead?? | p1nkfish
25/5/2021 11:39 | Do they not have to release another tr1 if it is dbay buying? | coldspring
25/5/2021 09:50 | Looks like they are still hoovering up any sells. 180k bought. | cureboy
24/5/2021 14:44 | If it’s in DBAYs interests to drag this out whilst accumulating more shares then drag it out they will. Stay patient because they’re buying for a reason. | cureboy
24/5/2021 09:45 | I am expecting more interest, yes, but put it down as 10% chance. The balance sheet is a drag but with the right ownership this could be a gem. | p1nkfish
24/5/2021 09:39 | May be wishful thinking on my part but I am expecting another offer from the US | cureboy
24/5/2021 09:32 | Going back to Tim Sykes’ comments on full year results presentation when quizzed about the FSP closure “the interest was vast and from several PE companies” - now they know what they need to pay to be in with a chance, about time they declared their positions if still interested. | cureboy
24/5/2021 09:13 | I'm the same cure. There is risk but Pollen should get the message. someone else wants this and is prepared to create havoc, therefore it must be desirable. There is still a chance of a competitor arriving on the trail. My estimation of probabilities. 10% cancellation. 10% another bidder arrives 80% goes through at 75p | p1nkfish
24/5/2021 08:58 | Official LSE website stated Fridays high was 80.7p - presumably an error? Not tempted to sell here whilst they’re offering me 72.5p when there’s a 75p offer on the table, they can FO. | cureboy
23/5/2021 11:28 | Cui bono? The only question to answer to help point to the source. Just look at the timing given certain parties can no longer win vs Pollen so long as Pollen hold their nerve. Some might do weird things to get the offer cancelled or shake-out shares, say another 15% might be an interesting figure to pick-up. Trust no one, and a convoluted chain of ownership might be a clue too. Good luck Pollen, hold your nerve and please keep Proactis as British as possible. | p1nkfish
21/5/2021 20:03 | Looks like DBAY cleaned up the panic sells, they did well out of it. | cureboy
21/5/2021 16:46 | Proactis site is off-air, might be a DOS attack ongoing. Dirty tactics. | p1nkfish
21/5/2021 16:10 | Perhaps someone wonders if there is more to PHD that the balance sheet suggests. About time this was put to bed and if anyone else interested they put up or shut-up. From the RNS is reads that PHD have done exactly the right thing. | p1nkfish
21/5/2021 15:11 | DBAY have hacked the system to buy cheaper shares. lol | cureboy
19/5/2021 16:04 | Much prefer PHD ro remain largely British rather than some hotch-potch of European chancers out of Malta, Austria and who knows where else. Get it done fast Pollen and flick off Dbay. | p1nkfish
19/5/2021 16:00 | I would agree. They are chancers and blow hard. More incompetent than they would at first appear. They have missed a big return in PHD, if only they had put there hand in their pocket sub 55p. They would have had more leverage. Not as clever as I thought, or others for that matter. | p1nkfish
19/5/2021 15:01 | I don't fancy DBAY to make an acceptable offer. I'd be surprised if they pull something out of the bag. I will hold on the off chance they bid 82.5p plus as I think the 75p offer is now pretty robust. | cureboy
19/5/2021 13:03 | Dbay are not as capable as we think. They bought 30% of ANX at 150p largely from directors. It is having problem getting much of 130p as there is excess stock supply. Pwrhaos they are super patient but might just be a trap. They look like having ballsed up PHD compared to what they could have made from it. | p1nkfish
19/5/2021 13:01 | Its in the recwnt release from Pollen in the appendix. | p1nkfish
19/5/2021 12:10 | Pink, hope you can answer but how do you know about the Dutch wanting 20? | coldspring |
