I hold some but sold down a lot as it more than doubled for me.
Questioning holding what I have left over.

I really liked the idea of this company but the squeeze of covid, debt, awful Perfect Commerce buy and aborted FSP have all caused me to question everytthing.

Not one to get married to. Someone let 600K go.

There are opportunities elsewhere and Proactis has a problem attracting new money given the high net debt and lack of much growth. I would love this to head to 150p but in the meantime why park much money here when there is a risk it doesn't get out of this funk for another 9-12 months or something negative happens?

With the lack of progress and continuous go to Market Sykes waffle we have endured I can understand the seller, I am interested in what the buyer sees to spend over a quarter of a million pounds in one go. I hold but I don't see enough to spend more.

Or who released them into the market and do they have more they are OK to release to market around that price too? Someone let 600K go.

I am interested in who decides to buy 267k worth of shares after those results which were dull at best.

They need to prove the growth, no ifs, no buts. No further NET DEBT increases.

There are many really interesting recoveries out there, new money in PHD without proof of recovery/performance is dead money right now.

Time will come to go large again but hard to justify just yet.

I do hold.

Results borderline boring as expected but I continue to hold as I think there’s potential, either by way of a takeover or progression independently.

Noticed that. Upsell a bit sick except in UK. Still hold some but this is in a coma. Sale of non-core will be telling. Revenue only 137K.

"Adjusted Group Net Free Cash Flow £-0.8m

Usual tripe IMVHO. How DARE they talk about "Adjusted EBITDA2" in the headlines. Should be illegal IMVHO.

Dbay sitting there waiting. Everything suggests a breakdown in price but I think sellers are exhausted so a bit of light at the end of the tunnel and it could move up. Clueless but I don't see an avalache of selling as likely.

Re debt, yeah don't expect disposal to dent debt but should hopefully reduce cost base. Depends if its a sale or get rid whatever the cost.Debt needs restructuring. I can see some dilution being needed.

If the disposal is as per alluded to in the report I dont think it will be a big dent in debt. It will help focus but didn't read as having much revenue.

Agreed, they are crimped by multiple handicaps.

The French results spooked me. They didn't read as genuine to me, something looked wrong.

Debt, dbay and delays (pandemic) are the suppressors here.I think they will address debt soon alongside a disposal.Dbay need to show their intent. No investment with a low ball offer imhoGreen shoots showing but strategy needs more time.Good little business despite it not being as accelerated as people like.Boring is good with this one.

Not doom and gloom, just ruddy obvious it's dead in the water. Many sectors are recovering. It needs ECT.

It's a concern the cfo hasn't bought much at all.
What other exit is there other than a trade sale for whatever they can get?
Saddens me but reality appears that way.

Results due in the next few days. Any bets on what he'll say. I'm going with something f all the lines "next year Rodney...when Bepayd takes off...and when Covid is out of the way...and when we replicate the UK model in rest of the business...blablablabla" This dog is most definitely dead

Perfect set-up for Proactis to be taken out and shot. A bid at 30% above recent average closes should do it. Shot? The old dog looks dead already.

Would like to see DBAY push for a BoD seat, perhaps the next NED add.
CFO buying a few wouldn't be bad either.

Looking at price action vs volume since December I think selling is exhausted unless something really horrendous is announced.

What is critical is a reason for new money to enter else it's stagnant.

It's a geared play on EU/US opening up and recovery as that's where growth is due to come from going forward.
