Knowing20 Mar '19 - 15:55 - 2774 of 2778 Isn't it strange that with the share price as depressed as it currently is people still deramp it but for what motive one asks !! Knowing: Why being so defensive? I am not going to nick your bone straight out of your mouth, lol. We, individuals, have no powers in influencing the direction of a share price. If you think you do then think again... These BBs are been created to encourage punters, past/future/present, to express their personal view and experience. I personally have no agenda and I hardly ever short. Definitely not a company that has lost so much of its value in such a little time. I have been considering buying into this stock ever since the profit warning. The good points: No shorts opened RSI at 10 Punters interests Getting nearer to a more realistic valuation (+ or - 15%)

ala yep had current yacht 10 years now... heading back south in a couple of months. Happy to buy more of these, profit warning was because they had previously said growth would be impressive, had they not been bragging, no need to warn. WJ.

Knowing, some people are just weird. Durthur, totally agree but I do find charts and momentum useful except when panic strikes or some extraneous shock, then useless.

PHD: Reasons for the fall. 1) Was and still is overpriced. 2) Check the last financials. Just read it and you'll see the obvious. 3) You have at least 3 sellers, see RNSs. 4) Out of these, you have at least one forced seller. Therefore will sell at any price. I guess he has a deadline too. Even when these sellers are done don't expect a sharp rise. Why? Because millions of shares were bought at between 29.5p to let say 35p. To buy them out you going to need weeks (minimum 2. But let's not forget the most important bit. PHD need an institution or two, with deep pockets, get these shares off the market. Some funds managers will, and already have, average down too.

well, buys seem to be moving the price today, so could the seller(s) be nearing the end ? We don't even know if they are planning to be fully out. A new buyer holdings RNS would be welcome, surely it can't be just P.I's buying ?

That's the problem, lots of folk on here just want to make a few % and so each little movement is so important to them. Ive no problem with that, we all trade as we like. My preference though is to be patient and rather than take 2% in a couple of days, take 50% over a few months. Each to their own though I guess.

You also have another potential trump card that a PE house might take this private with opportunistic bid
