Isn't it strange that with the share price as depressed as it currently is people still deramp it but for what motive one asks !!

PHD: Reasons for the fall.

1) Was and still is overpriced.
2) Check the last financials. Just read it and you'll see the obvious.
3) You have at least 3 sellers, see RNSs.
4) Out of these, you have at least one forced seller. Therefore will sell at any price. I guess he has a deadline too.

Even when these sellers are done don't expect a sharp rise.
Why?
Because millions of shares were bought at between 29.5p to let say 35p.
To buy them out you going to need weeks (minimum 2.
But let's not forget the most important bit. PHD need an institution or two, with deep pockets, get these shares off the market.

Some funds managers will, and already have, average down too.

looks like they have found a home for the stock circa 31p

should be a multi bagger over the next couple of years

Still reckon Liontrust could be fully out (as above trades were shown the day after they RNSd they had approx 4m left) - but IMHO DYOR etc

well, buys seem to be moving the price today, so could the seller(s) be nearing the end ? We don't even know if they are planning to be fully out. A new buyer holdings RNS would be welcome, surely it can't be just P.I's buying ?

That's the problem, lots of folk on here just want to make a few % and so each little movement is so important to them. Ive no problem with that, we all trade as we like.
My preference though is to be patient and rather than take 2% in a couple of days, take 50% over a few months.

Each to their own though I guess.

There seems to be a strange obsession around what the price will do minute by minute. The point is that if PHD delivers solid set of figures the shares should re-rate to 60-100p.
