& seems many iis are trying to get out...worrying..

I guess that the large debt combined with a drop in trading might be worrying some iis...but many things dont seem to have been quantified to investors by the co...which is not good imo

Love the vague terms in the AR for the bank debt..

"The Term Loan and the Revolving Credit Facility are secured by way of a debenture over the assets of the Group and has certain performance criteria related to its ongoing availability".

£38m debt maturing 2022. Good luck to them trying to roll that over if revenues tumble...I wonder what the covenants are. We should be told clearly in the AR IMVHO...

Trying to predict the share price in the short term is luck more than skill in this case imho. There are too many variables and unknowns currently.

Who selling
Who buying
Tax time of year
Strategic review outcome
Time to future growth to emerge
EPS being hit
P/E recovery
Market downturn
Sell in May & go away

We do know sales will dry up but will there be much demand at a higher price thereafter for a while?

You name it, many variables, just a few above.
