The SEC holding in PHD was reduced by 0.41% but the shareholder was Chase Nominees.

Jan 28th Jpmorgan Chase reduced their SEC holding by 0.6%.

Could the 2 events be related?

It's all ponzi pump and dump, people hanging on the words of certain people who have atrocious records for lying over the years yet for some reason they are getting rewarded with people piling into anything they mention...topinfo is a prime example

Cannot even buy 500 shares in #phd online, all those pump and dumpers who sold out will not get in cheaper, there is a massive buy order in the system and mm's are mopping up everything around 33.5

I like that :-)) think there is a big buyer order at the 33.5p level the mm's mopped up everything earlier on and they are bidding for size again just below this level #phd

And coldspring, I'm tired of these other 3 numpties too - I can't believehow unbelievably sad some peoples live's must be!

I'm down here a bit too but didn't expect to catch the very bottom, nor do I expect to the absolute top either but somewhere inbetween when investing a sizeable sum, and having the patience is very profitable.
