30/5/2012 11:50 | envirovision, maybe I have not explained myself clearly. An example may illustrate better. Suppose there were 10 holders of 100 shares each. Say, half the holders don't tender at all Say, the other half tenders their total holdings: 500 shares Say, the allocation is 50% So, when the broker tenders for 500 shares, the tender will be satisfied fully based on the total pool of 1000 shares. maybe I'm wrong, but I'm not complaining ! BTW, now that my total holding of PEQ has gone down, I may buy some more. | mangal
30/5/2012 11:41 | I have two holdings and tendered 100% of each for one, I appear to have had 17.8% accepted and the other 23.6% | ianbrewster
30/5/2012 10:49 | If a broker did that he could be left short and it would be illegal practice also. They would be open to a huge fine and could lose their licence. Broker can only tender the right amount from his pool. He cant tender for people who dont want to tender in the hope of getting a better allocation for others. | envirovision
30/5/2012 09:57 | Not a mistake, I think; my guess is that the broker pools all their clients' applications together & I imagine I got some of the allocations of those who didn't tender all their shares. | mangal
30/5/2012 08:35 | I got an allocation of a tad under 19% which seems more than I had expected. If you read the results of the tender it explains 16.9% was allocated with an excess of 0.6% thereafter left: Shareholders who tendered in excess of the Basic Entitlement will have approximately 0.615 per cent of their excess satisfied (rounded down) resulting in 130,682 Shares being tendered under the excess available. 25% ??? someone has made a mistake I would say | envirovision
30/5/2012 08:19 | Received the payment for the tender offer yesterday; nice to get an allocation of almost 25%, over & above the expected 16.9%. | mangal

27/4/2012 11:08 | No, took the turn lower down - DOH! Am particularly skittish this year; and even more prone to banking turns than normal. Determined not to lose Q1 gains in the way I did last year... Have also sold PIN, but at least I waited longer there. The PE stocks I now hold are: APEF, HPEQ (added again recently - now my largest holding alongside SREI)), H2O, LMS, MTH & SPPC. | skyship

20/2/2012 14:08 | It already has funds of 1.7M recently I assume some of which from Groupon and Zynga ipo. NAV being over £2.40 tender should be pitched very close to or it may opt for a special dividend. | envirovision
20/2/2012 14:02 | Since the company has stated it expects to make a further cash distribution in the next few months, who can blame them. | envirovision
