speculative guess work so I could be wrong, but if its the same holder and their selling the whole position as we know it looks like they have shifted roughly half judging by recent actions.

I agree. Seems that way at so many companies at the moment though. Similarly I would have expected more bids for these bombed out small companies. My worry too is that if this continues more and more smaller companies will decide there is little or no value in having a quote and will choose to go private saving the cost thus locking in thousands of small shareholders.Why have a quote if you can't issue shares to do deals or raise cash?

Perhaps directors are thinking of taking this private (I hope not) in which case the lower the share price the better for them.

Arg, one thing that does bother me is why the directors don't pick up a few here considering they are at more than a 50% discount over a very short space in time, hopefully they might have a change of heart shortly.

just tested the waters with a few tiny trades. the 2.7750 is a buy. i think i caught one of the mm's napping. still don't think we r in the clear yet as the nms here is small and todays trades would have made a bigger impression on the share price under normal conditions.

the inevitable slide continues, reckon bank of bermuda will probably take up the slack to average down on their position. as i said earlier, although crystal ball stuff, should be a taker around 2p offered.

Agree. Presently 3.3 to buy with 250K on offer. One thing we do not know for sure is when the seller will finish. They may not sell the whole amount.

not worth buying any here until the seller is cleared. there are obviously no institutional takers at this level so expect the share price to drift a little further imo. should be a decent rally when all is cleared so no point in panicing about the sp, its just a waiting game.

blinkin eck, i think these lot need to have a word with their nomad to get marketing to institutions the sellers remaining stake. at this rate we could see 2p during the next month or so when the buy side of the market thins considerably.

che7win, i had penciled in todays 250k and now the 700k, so make it 2,135,000. we will update the numbers when the next threshold is crossed but lets make assumptions for the time being that the larger trades even at mid price are commerze in order to keep a rough track on whats going on here.

That's incorrect, Commerze have only sold 180,000.

ok there we have it then with commerze on the exit. so 3,085,000 shares less todays 250k means by my maths 2,835,000 to go. reckon it could be sometime for clearance unless Bermuda takes the opportunity to up their stake on the cheap. keep em peeled.

The share price could fall some more here as there is evidently a significant weight on the share price from a seller that needs to get bought out before we can see any progress. The market makers would continue to reduce the offer to fill the sell orders until they are cleared. There should be a good buying opportunity here on the back of this depression.
