I've said it before .... this is a fantastic opportunity before news moves this strongly up.
RL recently paid up to 4.6p for 1 million.

Agreed. Far too cheap, with real excitement to boot, IMO, particularly via MUST

NAV 6.55p. Discount at 4.0p = 39%. With the interesting pre-IPO portfolio these are again looking too cheap.

Good news today.

Now we just need a resolution one way or the other re MUST.

Don’t forget to tell your brokers to send the voting form to you. Otherwise they will abstain on your behalf. PRIM needs 75% to vote yes to pass the resolutions.

I'm very surprised that more are not buying at this share price
RL recently added 1m shares with up to 4.6p being paid. The Directors incentive scheme allows them to buy up to 3m shares each at 4.1p ... in 3 stages when the share price hits 6p, 8p and 10p.

I have added.
I think this lull represents a good opportunity .
The current Market Cap clearly undervalues the business.

Yes prim can convert into either vfrb-h or bmn I'd guess they take up the vfrb-h shares unless they want a quick exit as bmn are listed.ive watched the fortune crux interview and the litigation is as they say just a distraction and Garnett are a minority shareholder. Surely enerox will be looking for a full listing with or without must as they will likely require more cash. Invinity a similar company have burned through half their $30 million they also raised and are burning $1 million plus per month. They are also at £100 million plus market cap and I think enerox have a slightly better order book . I presume they will also keep the 1 for 2 30 p warrants whatever happens .

It's purely been down to poor sentiment re MUST.
If the MUST deal does not proceed by end Dec then Prim activates a share conversion.

This is currently way way undervalued and represents an opportunity to buy in at a level that may never be repeated.

RL himself recently added 1m shares - paying up to 4.6p , and the directors Share Option scheme allows then to buy up to 3m shares each at 4.1p ... in stages when the share price reaches 6p, 8p and 10p.

I've been adding here.

We'll see the 10p hit in 2022.

I have various pricing models on PRIM, but using the accounts ending DEC 2020 with Net Assets £8.8m, a provisional guess in the split of assets is:

Mustang (£1.8m) + Engage (£2m) + Zuuse (£1.4m) + Fresho (£1m) = £6.2m
Net Cash £2.2m
Others £0.4m (inc. substantial write-offs in Truspine and Weshop)

Total £8.8m, NAV 6.35p based on 139,830,968 ords

At 4p the discount is 37% [calculated guess]
