Couple of chunky buys in excess of the 250k dropped last night. Matthew Beardmore is an interesting appointment as CEO - previously non exec at Infrastrata Plc as well as being non-exec here since last October. He holds 100,000 shares according to the website. Wonder if there will be some share purchases...

the 3 stocks i'd like prim to invest in would be block energy[bloe],ironveld[iron] and vast resources[vast]..i would say all three have the short term potential[within 1 year] to become 10 baggers..but hey what do i know compared to these city experts..

I think you have hit the nail on the head John. The company is trying to move away from punts to more strategic investments. Greatland did very well for PRIM (not looking so good now of course) but several of the smaller investments made over the years may not see anything back from them. PRIM also apparently during 2020 bought and sold shares in Clayton and Strang related companies that I don't recall being mentioned at the time. I think Engage and Fresho will outperform in time but we will have to wait until either a market or an exit can realistically value our stakes. The link at https://secureservercdn.net/160.153.137.163/w6t.cf9.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/AGM-Notice-2021-FINAL.pdf shows the change of investing policy being voted on at the AGM on 30/06/2021. The focus is on technology and renewables and away from non-renewable resources. So, it's becoming a very different animal to the PRIM you may have originally invested in. If you have suggestions with well argued reasons why PRIM should invest in certain stocks/sectors send them in to Rupert. I'm sure he will consider them carefully. I've done that - any of us could uncover a hidden gem that fits in with the new direction of travel; if so we all benefit...ATB

so the years since this company was called stellar resources the share price is just 0.225p in old money..its probably one of the most boring uneventful shares on the market...at least when it was stellar we had occasional spikes to 1p [3 bagger] but thats when we were invested in speculative oil and gold companies...i cant understand why they dont get back into alba, ukog and angus..all at rock bottom prices...good english speculative stocks that could multibag in time..

John, what I don't get is if you only want PRIM to invest in quoted shares that you think are going to do well it would make more sense for you to just invest in those shares directly. Otherwise you are then also paying for PRIM overheads out of any profits.I'm here because of the unquoted shares as I couldn't hope to be involved in those kinds of deals as a private investor.

Megaman,

well said.
The Directors here know what they are doing.

I have just added on this little pull back and managed to buy at just under 4.6p.

Very exiting long term hold and once MUST recommences trading and the value of the PRIM shares are known, then they'll be no holding this back.

I do expect a fund raise on the back of this later this year.

Prior to bushveld minerals selling down its invinity stock they hit a market cap of £200 mill. Enerox are a similar company and if they pick up some orders could equate to the same. What that translates to exactly is a little bit hazy as I think there will be some dilution to must to meet the 25% main market free float rules . Must clns are at 20p if enerox=£200 mill mkt cap that equates to 60-80 p per share. Plus 1 for 2 warrants at 30 p strike price. This is why I'm here .

If you can't see the short term potential in enerox i don't think you have looked hard enough it's the whole reason I've bought here

Well they have bought into a must a main listed company must which may be holding enerox an extremely exciting vrfb battery company . It has plans to expand to 600-1200 mwh by 2025 and if it gets close to this will be billion$ valuation.

Ironveld coincidentally on the bushveld complex is raising money to keep the lights on a £10 mill mkt cap aim stock with assets in the ground and no money to take them out. It's a long shot....5he likely good is the iron/v etc will stay in the ground but at least theres more liquid than other assets

directors have lost the plot here...they had one lucky shot in greatland gold and wasted countless opportunities to build on it..i even advised clayton to buy eua at around 3p..they could have bought cadence but waste their money on non aim shares that never ipo..if i was a director id invest in ironveld, vast and block energy..its not rocket science just common sense..buy low sell high
