30/4/2021 08:12 | Timbo / Mallorca - thanks for sharing your positive views & analyses. Certainly a complex deal to work through; but, as Timbo points out, a deal to buy into an existing, trading business - not a blue sky wishlist. One rather odd, though very minor point, is that fall-back position in the event of a failure to complete by 31/12/21. Sensible to cover all options - but DEC'21! Seems rather a long way away... I would hope MUST would be up and running again by end June. | skyship

29/4/2021 08:59 | Having worked through the recent RNS I have to say that this could be a very very good deal for Prim shareholders. The bottom line is that, once the reverse takeover of MUST is completed and their shares are readmitted for trading, then Prim will be eligible to receive conversion shares and warrants in MUST. Must is listed on the London exchange so this will be a much needed liquid asset. Very clever deal by Prim to gain good exposure to this exciting market segment in a deal which makes maximum use of their available funds. Once shares in the enlarged MUST are readmitted for trading I expect to see them rise very sharply from their previous price - with the value of Prim's investment rising sharply too. Mustang Energy is a special purpose acquisition company. It's biggest shareholder is Acacia Holdings. Excellent deal. | mallorca 9
28/4/2021 23:19 | Agreed dragon35/chutes01 What I like about the ultimate target of this, Enerox , is that it's not a startup with just potential and no track record. According to the Bushveld RNS on 01/04/2021 they've been going 20 years and have already sold 23MWh of systems. Then, you see from the same RNS that they took SIGNED orders for 13MWh in H2 2020 which implies annual orders of 26MWh - so more in a year than they have sold in the previous 20 years! Then you see why they want the cash injection... "The EHL shareholders and Enerox management have determined that the growth capital required by Enerox is US$30 million, which will provide sufficient funding for Enerox to scale up to 30 MW (120 - 240 MWh) per annum manufacturing capacity and sales, executing upon a strong pipeline of available projects, with a future expansion allowing Enerox to scale to at least 150 MW (600 - 1,200 MWh) by 2025." So, Enerox is looking to ramp up production by 5x to 10x during 2022 and then multiply by another 5 times that by 2025. Am I reading this wrong? The potential looks huge particularly against a backdrop of a "strong pipeline of available projects". This investment alone could multiply several times over. Happy to receive any feedback on the above in case I'm missing something...I just wonder if the complexity of the deal has put people off from trying to join the dots... | timbo
27/4/2021 11:04 | When you work through the detail it looks like Prim will own a big chunk of Mustang and Mustang will own a chunk of Enerox. | dragon35
27/4/2021 10:40 | decent chunk of cash into the hot area right now, may appear convoluted to some but post suspension we will gain proper traction, blue sky. | chutes01
27/4/2021 09:49 | A good example of how a badly written RNS can damage sentiment and confidence | sweepie2
27/4/2021 09:42 | Yeah very convoluted. nomad must have had kittens trawling through that | medusala
27/4/2021 09:35 | I'm inclined to agree with that rental. Just looked at recent MUST news : They funded £167K @ 10p per share in March 2021. Today's news says "The closing mid-market price of MUST on 26 April was 30.6 pence per share." The common link is Holden. "Mr Holden is a non-executive director of MUST and is also the holder of 90,000 options exercisable over shares in the capital of MUST." | golden prospect
27/4/2021 08:11 | News today 27th April 2021 - a complex deal that will take some working out. | golden prospect
27/4/2021 07:43 | Indeed, rather complex, though certainly looks interesting. Battery technology is a high growth sector; and I'm prepared to back Labrum's judgement that this opportunity will pay dividends. | skyship
23/4/2021 05:46 | perhaps we can see how cash is to be used going forward, positioning has been going on with several large purhases, still looks undervalued at 5p | chutes01

01/4/2021 16:15 | This one is beginning to look strong and set to move through 5p comfortably. I think that the increased stake in Fresho is an excellent move. There is a lot of new money moving in there. I really think that we could this month move to the 6p-7p bid/offer. I very much like the fact that the Directors reduced their fees and instead are being remunerated via share options .. activated at 6p, 8p, and 10p. A lot of good things going on here. | mallorca 9
01/4/2021 09:17 | b00, I think that make them a buy :-) slow burner though, their sale of ggp now looks like a good move. | goggin
