Def a possibility our stake in Fresho could be worth 40x or 50x more on a Fresho IPO, Fresho directors have been hinting something big is going to happen all over their linkedin accounts, all this could put prim's share price up approx 12 fold if you do the maths, which would be outstanding.

Im really looking forward to seeing what shares are available to buy on prim and what price tomorrow, there was nothing available late afternoon friday.

Fresho annual run rate 1.2 billion aud= c $864 million USA

Grubmarket annual run rate $2 billion USA
$2 billion valuation (claims )
On that basis alone fresho is worth $864 million

Both private companies ...

I pointed out this valuation disconnect a few months back but a negative poster poured cold water on it . Ciearly there are other variables but the disconnect seems too high imo. It's a guide to where this might go and it's potential .

Grubmatket now $2 billion !!! With an annual $1.5 billion run rate ...
what's extremely interesting is that they have got their by acquisition ..

Fresho with its additional run rate could be value accretive for them even if they paid a multiple of the current last fund raise price .

I cut and paste from LSE a from a poster there as this looks a correct valuation at recent placing :Fresho

I posted about Fresho on the 10th of June 2022

Fresho: We currently have 3,415,723 shares bought over 4 rounds at prices of A$0. 27 A$0.38 A$0.475 & A$0.575

Paid in total A$1,575,941 and using the most recent funding round of A$12 million @ A$ 0.90 you could say our shares are worth about A$3,074,150 an increase of about A$1,498,210

Using todays conversion rate of A$1 = £0.57p then our Fresho investment is currently worth about £1,759,274.

Cleariy at ipo or a buyout one would expect much higher valuation .

Prim have c 3.6 mill shares I'm not sure of the current total shares in issue at fresho . Was hoping we owned more than 2 % does anyone have that info tried a quick Google and couldn't find it.

As i.mentioned before grubmarket have a valuation of $1 billion with a yearly run rate of $1 billion..

Last funding round valued fresho at $21 million...

I know fresho have processed $2 billion orders might be aud...regardless seems a disconnect in valuation...x50!!!!

Grubmarket just raised $120 mill to make aquistions ...they have bought loads of companies so far ...outside chance they could buy fresho out ?? Why not $120 mill ..


I don't think prim is 2.4 p then.....

the rate that fresho is expanding is incredible in such a short period of time,
if they keep their current rate of expansion then the figures are simply massive beyond belief.

who knows what a flotation could
be worth but surely if they hit 10 billion turnover this year then it has to be worth a fortune, it’s worth a fortune already.

meanwhile we still only
at 3p at prim and market makers not letting any shares go late afternoon friday.

2% of 2 billion = 40 million.
40 million as a percentage of 140 million shares in issue = 0.2857 Australian dollars.
.2857 dollars = approximately 0.16p

Fresho have just announceda 2 billion dollar turnover to 2022, this is incredible, I cannot imagine how valuable this makes the prim holding in Fresho as an early investor,

I dont think.this is a case of he's is trying to boost the share price although it is having the effect more that he sees there is value to be had and there can't be anybody better placed to assess that so encouraging .
