07/10/2022 10:05 | It seems a bit of an odd decision that Prim didn't join in the last Fresho funding round, looks to be by far their best chance of an exit with a good return. | ![]() dplewis1
07/10/2022 07:56 | Update on LinkedIn from fresho, I think a flotation on the way myself, Fresho has just reached its 15,000,000t Reflecting on where we started and where we are now, this is a remarkable achievement and we are incredibly proud of our growing team across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. As we continue to strive to transform the food industry for the benefit of the people and the planet, we’re looking forward to what comes next. Stay tuned. #foodtechnology #foodindustry #fresho | ![]() rental

05/10/2022 14:24 | Over on advfn a poster who provides very good info has urged the bod to buy Back shares with the company cash. It would certainly boost the share price in the short term but it may just be playing into traders hands and after they stop buying the share price will likely retrace and only the traders will win. Unfortunately the share price needs to go up on it's own merits likely by a liquidity event which seems unlikely in the present market but who knows perhaps grubmarket might buy out fresho..!need a catalyst like that imo . | ![]() megaman2

29/9/2022 19:44 | hxxps://techcrunch-c Grubmarket iPo $1 billion valuation ....$1 billion runrate...looks same business as fresho...a must read ...a more advanced competitor?? Can fresho compete ? $120 mill fund raise..big money needed in this market ..!! Company is profitable interestingly enough $120 mill raise is for acquisitions .. Xu said Grubmarket is already profitable but will use the proceeds from the round for acquisitions. It's made more than 60 M&A deals in the past five years, including Texas-based produce company Spring Valley, New York-based Frantoni Corp. and Kansas-based Granite State Software. | ![]() megaman2
28/9/2022 21:49 | I would hope they wait till an ipo especially on fresho RL has a lot of his own money invested and in a mkt like this a cool head is required | ![]() trawl
28/9/2022 20:28 | With AUDGBP in play, payapps and fresho may be candidates for profitable disposable - so we must hope Rupert finds an exit on these two to re-cash the portfolio. Plenty of cheap investment opportunities on the horizon. | ![]() golden prospect
28/9/2022 11:17 | Not all investments will work out Mkt cap is now only 3mil Even after writing off the failures the remaining assets probably worth double that | ![]() trawl
28/9/2022 08:52 | RMM investment now worth about £60k .. about as well timed as a Roy Keane tackle that one. | ![]() dplewis1
27/9/2022 12:03 | The investments into RMM really do call in to question the level of competence here .... even I walked away from RMM after seeing the debt and the operational loss. | ![]() mallorca 9

18/9/2022 06:48 | On balance the key investments offer substantial upside. Take for instance the Fresho holding. At xrate 0.53 this was 1.6 million pounds. Moving to xrate 0.58 adds 150,000 pounds to the valuation. | ![]() golden prospect

16/9/2022 18:41 | Rupert, thank you for you kind invitation to make contact. For now, i shall refrain as i don't want to be accused of having the ear (although i'd probably be more interested in the sailing !) | ![]() golden prospect
16/9/2022 08:57 | We tend to be conservative on our valuation of NAV. Investments in the accounts are either valued at the purchase cost or some other legacy investments have been written down to what we consider a more realistic value. We believe this is prudent for obvious reasons. Tim is correct in what he says but everyone is able to have a look at the website which we do endeavour to keep up to date. GP I also agree with you assumption about the valuation and that is why I retain my full holding. GP( or anyone else) feel free to contact myself if you require further information which you might feel is valuable to your own calculations. Best Rupert | ![]() betterupthandown1 |
