All noted.

Mallorca, can I just correct you in that Primorus does not have any exposure to the BMN share price. Primorus has a CLN and unless we convert then we will just be receiving 10% on the loan. If we did convert then clearly we would then have some exposure to the share price.

Good morning,
Rupert should buy some Caspian Sunrise, with a 12% dividend it is looking better than good!

The news of Mustang coming out of suspension must be imminent as they have already announced it's dilution to acquire 50% of Enerox.
Bushveld has a stake in the above and Prim has shares and options in Bushveld.
That is when I see Prim moving back to around 3.5p.

Bought the ones back I sold at 5p, happy to rinse and repeat as no reason for them to be sub 3p. My rough calc of asset val is 7.3p and any one of the larger investments could return a couple of million once better market conditions return

Rbk over in lse has said he has sold which might explain some if the dip. He is also concerned about cash. There is the bmn cln to get paid back. But burning cash whilst the investments go down is very worrying . My fundamental concern here is that the investments need to turn c 10 per annum.ti break even and that it makes the investment look a bit daft as an idea can the directors really beat the markets with having to return c 10 % just to cover costs ...it's my own fault for investing as it seems flawed ..

Things beginning to move now with Interpac ... Prim has 42,735 shares in Interpac.
They paid £5.85 per share at the latest funding round ... which was before this news.

Boystown - no longer hold. Sold them all down @ c3.35p over June/July - got fed up with the BMN/Mustang fiasco; though hopefully shareholders will actually get their money back from that one.

Intrigued to see how this one works out; but perhaps best for shareholders if Labrum found a buyer for his stake - someone with rather more competence as an investment manager.

PRIM remains a handily sized shell; so in other hands an investment here could still have merit.

Decided to back my own judgement and buy a few more ... but frustratingly, I can only get 20k shares on auto quote.
Still .. better than nothing !

As it stands Mustang will only hold 50% of Enerox.

I personally think that once Mustang re lists then a lot of things will unravel.
Also ... the last Rambler update was more encouraging too.

With regard to the detailed valuation that I referred to above .. I can easily share the following ...

Prim currently owns 3,415,723 shares in FRESHO.
The last funding round was fully subscribed at AUD 0.575 per share
Total value AUD 1,964,041 = circa £1,099,863

ENGAGE .... Prim owns 92,374 shares ... the last funding round was fully subscribed at £19.29 per share ... value of Prim holding £1,781,894

PAYAPPS ... Prim owns 3,065,058 shares
last funding round was at AUD 0.86
Value of Prim Holding AUD 2,635,950 or £1,475,132.

Other holdings that you may not be as familiar with ...
TRUSPINE ... value £541,666
WE SHOP ... value £880,166

I guess you know most of the others.
