Had a small top up this morning to average down, hopefully we will see more
momentum in the USA this year.

They still have plenty of skin in the game and a dilution at these prices would crystallise the low price which I believe they view as artificial.

Always had potential.... however, don't forget

"In our trading updates released on 22 September 2017 and 18 October 2017, the Board highlighted the Company's potential need for funding towards the end of the current financial year. The Company has today entered into a committed facility with Bybrook Finance Solutions Limited ("BFSL"), whose sole shareholder is Rajan Uppal, a director of PVG."

Rajan lending money to the company that he got by selling shares in the company...

Just be careful.

Even though this company has admitted it made mistakes in America it still gets big partnerships which does encourage and if their perseverance pays off this will bounce very rapidly.

Where's that chump pet lover these days? Ramped LEG, BST, 7DIG and PVG but disappeared after they all ranked.Assume he/she will come back under a different name and try some other companies.

20000 by chairman £10k ain't going to bolster a placing. Having said that I'd rather she bought than sold which gave me reassurance that this isn't total dog poo ( pardon the pun )

smallish purchase by the chairman - perhaps trying to bolster the price ahead of a placing?

I was interested in this but waited for the US business model to be proved correct.
Looks to me like the directors are clueless or were lying, neither is a good trait.

Well, that was painful . Took a six figure loss on PVG after selling down around 85-93p and the rest today. One of my very rare losers . Very painful but cushioned almost totally by a recent position on FDEV.

Good Luck to any remaining holders.

That's exactly it lomax - the pet plans are a good idea but I would be worried about their costs in the USA plus the financing.

Dominic Tonner, Chief Executive Officer of PVG, didn't comment:

"Phew, how lucky was I to be taking shedloads of cash in pay and benefits out of this... and then blow me, when I could have raised cash for the company at £2.25... what a stroke of good fortune that I sold my shares instead... I mean.. who would have known that the US was different.. I should have been told.."

Some people should hold their heads in shame.

My best wishes to genuine PI's who have been conned here.

Regards to all

Unfortunately the 3 year chart may be giving a clue on the direction of travel!

Never mind, these famed 80%/90%+ Gross Margins, should see it through if sufficient sales ever materialise before it goes bust....

The pet plans are a good idea but it looks like American vets don't like the impact on cashflow of moving from up front payment for vaccines to 1/12 per month. So maybe this is one where the model works in Europe but not as well in the states. Maybe they can find a way to make it work though who knows. The financing is worrying.

Cheers Hydrus. Glad you mostly escaped this one. Interesting to see 7dig's results on Tuesday. ATB.

As you know my investment in 7dig was at 6P and so long as the do as they said, at the AGM, they are extremely cheap.

Results next week should show progress.
