22/9/2017 08:12 | lol will need more cash by end Q3, further dilution, I wonder if these ii's will want to compound their losses, will not know for further 12 months is US can gain the traction they hoped for! I noticed steady selling when these were around £2.20, had a bad feeling so ditched the majority of my holding then, just as well I did. | lomax99
22/9/2017 08:11 | I'm only teasing Michael - I'm sceptical about 7dig but wish you luck with it | hydrus
22/9/2017 08:09 | Oh dear. Down 55%. Oops! | michaelmouse
22/9/2017 08:04 | hydrus - nothing like 7digital Hydrus. 7digital's revenues are far more impressive but the market cap. remains lowly. PVG was valued at well over £30m at one stage. Revenues are still only around £2.5m. Still overvalued with today's poor trading statement. | michaelmouse
22/9/2017 07:57 | Odd then the the huge city institutions bought at £2.25P based, no doubt on very detailed research, and company meetings. As we all know they don't like to over pay, and at the time we're looking for rock solid long term returns. I had no idea that the first profit warning in the spring was on the way , nor did those institutions. | pet lover
22/9/2017 07:51 | Yes quite similar to 7dig Michael - everyone makes mistakes :) | hydrus
22/9/2017 07:45 | Good old pet lover/ tara the ultimate pump and dump artist. A lesson learned for many today perhaps? If a company generates sod all revenues and cash is dwindling then the inevitable happens at least in the short term. I might add I have no idea about the long term prospects of PVG. | michaelmouse
22/9/2017 07:15 | Oh dear - not good. Hope others are not too exposed I feel somewhat fortunate to have got out of here with a profit. I misjudged this company. | hydrus
18/9/2017 16:18 | Well obviously not. Where are the update on figures!!! | bigglesbingham
14/9/2017 18:57 | Well the seller which resulted in shareprice fall is Hargreaves hale in their discretionary fund. Hopefully they stopped a couple of days ago hence start of recovery | bigglesbingham
13/9/2017 11:05 | This moves so much on such small volumes it's a scary ride but we really need an update | bigglesbingham
11/9/2017 10:23 | Woeful management not updating market | bigglesbingham
11/9/2017 10:21 | well i capitulated ... was once up 20k here just sold my last holdings for overall 3k loss. salutory lesson. maybe they will come good but dont think signs are good and a poor update will see this plummet. good luck if still in and truly hope it goes the other way. | meganxmas
07/9/2017 11:38 | The silence is defending they must know that so conclusion is they don't have any positive news to stem the tide . | bigglesbingham
06/9/2017 09:52 | Mr D I do recall you got some flak - not too much from me though I hope as your concerns were sensible although I can't recall...lol Anyway I've sold my last bit (at a loss) this morning. No updates for so long, complete opposite of when they were looking to sell holdings. I will watch and see how things pan out. Probably be a trading update tomorrow morning now detailing massive growth! I held way too much at one point and whilst overall I made a decent profit there was a fair amount of luck in that. A lesson here for me. Less about the company and more about my position sizing etc. | hydrus
30/8/2017 09:51 | H, I think that for the time being the jury is out... I raised questions marks over both the size of the BOD's take from this ( Nov '16 ) and the Director share sale ( Mar '17 ) as well as the reasoning behind the share sale as opposed to a fundraising ( as well as some general points on the overall strategy ). I think it's fair to say that the reception to my questioning of the Director's actions was not well received... I think I was accused of "sticking the knife in" ... amongst other things. The final nail in that particular coffin, for me anyway, came with the bombshell that they hadn't really understood the US market as well as one might hope. So, having feathered their own nests, and, I would imagine, pished off a few institutions, there is a fair amount of work to be done to repair their reputations. One imagines that they are hard at it... and I genuinely hope, for the sake of investors, that they are, but as ever, the proof will be in the pudding.. and for the time being I'm happier to watch from the sidelines to see if they deserve both the cash and the loyalty of the shareholders. As ever, best wishes to all. Mr D | mr dexy
25/8/2017 23:04 | Perhaps they stopped caring after selling a load of shares? | hydrus
23/8/2017 08:58 | A positive update here is desperately required. Amazed the board can't see that. Or they can and there isn't any positive news?? Sure we will see in due course | bigglesbingham
30/7/2017 13:27 | Many of you may have forgotten this day, but it is with great pleasure that I remind you that today July 28, 2017 is One Year since the first pet was signed up to the US Pet Care Plan. On July 28, 2016 pet Boomer belonging to Angela Fessler was signed up at South Mississippi Animal Health Center, and was also the first to be set up on the US Portal. In exactly one year, the US has grown from 6 active pets on July 28, 2016 to several thousand active pets on July 28, 2017! | bigglesbingham
24/7/2017 23:41 | We will certainly have a better grasp after the next trading update | bigglesbingham
24/7/2017 12:39 | I hope you are right biggles | hydrus
24/7/2017 12:36 | Possibly but I'm here for long haul as I believe that the model which worked so successfully will come through in states albeit once teething troubles have been overcome. | bigglesbingham
24/7/2017 11:01 | Yes - might have been a sell though possibly and that has cleared overhang? | hydrus |
