Good point Rivaldo. The Electrical Services part of the Group make up c40% of Group Revenue and 50% of EBITA, and could be a big beneficiary from all the work which will now be required.

I can't believe I have managed to buy some today at a price cheaper than I payed in the Placing last week. It seems bizarre that the forecast EPS for FY18 has increased by 12% after the BEST acquisition, but the price per share has since dropped more than 10%! The FY18 Fcst P/e has consequently dropped from 15.6 to 12.6 in barely a week.

A p/e of 12.6 seems remarkably cheap for a company which has delivered double digit organic revenue growth for the last 10 years in succession (which have not been the easiest 10 years the world economy has ever known!), is relatively unleveraged and appears to have strong and improving prospects.

Broker upgrade from Numis this morning, EPS increased by 12% and a new price target of 165p. I bought in yesterday as it looks very good value on the dip following the placing. It looks a very logical acquisition which is eps accretive and consolidates PTSG as clear number 1 in their field.

Placing RNS just out - placed at 120p. I was hoping for around 125p at best and fearing 110p-115p at worst, so not bad at all.

It's usually within a few hours, so shouldn't be long. Given PTSG's reasonable rating, plus the attractiveness of the acquisition, one would hope the fundraising is just a formality and should be at a similarly reasonable price.

Much excitement this morning - a big and highly earnings-enhancing acquisition funded by a placing. Let's hope the bookbuild comes good with a small if any discount to the current price.

Numis' target price has been £1.25 since 16th September 2016. Not sure the switch from N 1 Singer is helping private investors. N 1 Singer gave three update H2 2015. V happy with the share price performance.
