13/10/2017 11:53 | Looks to me like double bottom at 1.80, with a pennant fluttering from 2.00. | brucie5
13/10/2017 11:44 | Amati VCT have just released their interims, and they've had a terrific half year, partly due to PTSG (and KWS and FDEV which I also hold). Interestingly they say: "The strategy that has been adopted of concentrating the portfolio in our more mature, cash generative businesses by 'running our winners' has played out to the extent that, at the half year end date, the top ten positions in the Company (including the TB Amati UK Smaller Companies Fund) accounted for 58.9% of the total net asset value. Far from causing us any anxiety, we are reassured by the fact that we consider these businesses amongst the highest quality investments in the portfolio and we are optimistic about the future prospects for these companies. Whilst some of these names have experienced extraordinary share price gains lately, our belief is that these are companies that can continue to deliver exceptional levels of revenue and profit growth." Here's what they say about PTSG: "Premier Technical Services Group, the provider of access and safety services, gained 68% as the market responded positively to new contract wins across all of its disciplines, including a number of framework agreements with new and existing customers and a high level of existing contract renewals." | rivaldo

12/10/2017 21:09 | Fizzypop>> been out all day but will see tomorrow. My impression is there is a fairly big buying programme at 180p and they don't want the share price to rise by much. | twirl
12/10/2017 15:54 | Must be a large buy somewhere, currently offering 185p for 5000 shares. | basem1
12/10/2017 12:23 | Cheers fizzypop, that's a striking development - worth looking at the picture. I love all the greenery: | rivaldo
12/10/2017 12:09 | twirl - interested in seeing your IG quotes now we are heading down to ~180p again. | fizzypop
12/10/2017 11:57 | Another contract. Premier Technical Services Group PLC’s (PTSG) rope access team has been awarded a contract to deliver an impressive high-level cleaning project on one of London’s most prestigious buildings. The Vista development, which overlooks Battersea Park, has a striking curved design which gives each glass-fronted balcony or terrace an outstanding view of the surrounding area. Working in conjunction with the company’s highly experienced glass polishing team, PTSG’s Building Access Specialists division will use rope access methods to reach areas of the building that most other organisations would struggle to access. Due to the structure’s interesting but challenging architecture, the building has many hard-to-reach areas to be cleaned and polished, meaning PTSG’s expert access specialists will need to employ their finest skills to deliver the work safely and to the highest possible standard. hxxp://www.ptsg.co.u | fizzypop
11/10/2017 23:06 | Fizzypop :o)) You've been reading the VLE thread.... Good win for PTSG from Lidl - an extension to maintain the other 600 stores would be nice. | rivaldo
10/10/2017 22:30 | thanks for keeping us up to date rivaldo. Only a matter of time before retrofit sprinklers takes off. Govt said yes but now say no. And no Corbyn cavalry so Councils under pressure to get on with it. | twirl

06/10/2017 13:44 | Good to see this movement. It should be a staircase chart, but for the double top at 2.00. Once this is blown off, onwards and upwards. | brucie5

05/10/2017 12:45 | i was quoted 1.79 buy with 1.70 as the sell. maybe i was just unlucky.anyway am happy to be in on both | harry the haddock
05/10/2017 12:24 | harry - you can normally buy within the spread - so the quoted bid/offer indication is merely that, the real buy/sell is narrower (depending of your transaction size) | sherylchan
05/10/2017 12:20 | is there any particular reason for such a wide spread? i had some money to invest yesterday, wanted to buy more PTSG but the 10 p spread put me off and i went with INSE instead | harry the haddock
05/10/2017 07:27 | Another new contract - lightning protection maintenance at a portfolio of 16 Army Reserve Centres, so more lovely long-term recurring income: | rivaldo
04/10/2017 11:42 | IG bid has improved since 10 today from 172.5 for 10k to 174 for 15k. So at least one mm seems to be servicing a buyer. | twirl
04/10/2017 11:36 | Just the MMs moving the share price around within the 10p spread. | fizzypop |
