Up to your old tricks again that saw you exposed at BLVN.

Multi aliases where you ramp with one and deramp with the other. You spent a lot of time at BLVN ramping like there was no tomorrow and having a pop at anyone who didn't buy the hype - needless to say BLVN is no further forward than it was a year ago+ and yet you never acknowledged that or apologised.

I see you've started the same pattern here now.

At least people know here though.

The Nov 11 th term sheets were, according to the Nov 18th update, provided by the lending group NOT PMO. I suspect there has been negotiations re terms supplied by lending group as the balance of power has definitely shifted towards PMO,s favour post OPEC decision. The confidence that the projected POO price to achieve 3 X EBITDA end 2018 has risen expedentially. PMO have stated that they will hedge 50% with upside protection through Option contracts, so all to play for. This IS NOT ABOUT COVENANTS, the Covenant deferral is simply a technicality . This is about full renegotiation and extension of debt, as Leo says. Until the market realises the huge implications of this the share price will absolutely rocket. I firmly believe the delay is over the governence of CAPEX for future project, noticeably Tolmount and especially SEA LION. Hopefully the 2016 accounts will see a significant revaluation of those assets from practically zero to reflect the change in the POO environment. GR
