29/12/2016 16:37 | Whilst 80p has been the long term resistance here. All the other oillies have started to move up significantly . Premier could easily trade at twice today's value . The clear item stopping all this is the long pause due to the renegotiations At $56 a barrel of Brent on the rolling contract and April Futures at $57.6 , we are very far above the $45 break even and $50 needed to repay debt All the time getting closer and closer even to Catcher ! At this rate .. Big up move is possible here Consider that around mid July 2015 with Brent at $56 PMO was at 160p without EON and Solan . 160p !! More than 100% to get there . | eastender boy
29/12/2016 16:22 | Oh dear oh dear, 300m shares at 60p. Stock kept low over 90 days to ensure cheapest price. Fat cat Tony doing naff all One of the worst performing oil stocks at this level. Rag heads will welch on the promise of full oil cuts No Finance deal USA storage up Rig count Up Bust by Easter Shady increase of outputs in rag head countries And more............. | marvin9
29/12/2016 14:07 | Based on Solan offloading frequencies it appears that production is still well below design. Possibly as much as 10% off our global total. And of course this is all straight on the bottom line. | steve73
29/12/2016 13:58 | Well I guess you could speculate that the shorters may have been acting on behalf of bondholders, so that the share price didnt race ahead and raise the issue price of any equity raise....ie perhaps they were trying to supress the VWAP over say a 90 day period? I dont subscribe to that theory, but stranger things have happened. | nav_mike
29/12/2016 12:49 | PMO is very nicely poised. | crystball
29/12/2016 12:10 | Pmo stated no dfe / placing but an asset sale or improved security and rates to lenders. | bakedbean57

29/12/2016 08:07 | It's not now about passing the test - it's to reneg all debt and kick maturities down the road. Once successful the fear to equity goes and the share price re rates. Should be circa 100-120 by now without this issue. | hearts1
29/12/2016 08:06 | I can't see that the RNS will do anything to deter shorters. All we've got is the next date that TD can miss. | begorrah88
29/12/2016 08:02 | Will it be worth the shorters using this expected rns as a trigger for round 10 of bringing the price down again or with the 12 Jan update and it also clearly advising things will be closed out is it too optimistic to think they will move on now? I'm think it may be possible they will see this as closure time? | adg
29/12/2016 07:50 | As expected - another deferral, but further indication that the refinancing will be completed in January. | steve73
29/12/2016 07:43 | if they defer it for another 12 months I reckon they'd pass the covenant test....as Oil will be, or should be, well north of $45 for the 12 month period.... | deanroberthunt
29/12/2016 06:48 | Queiroz Galvao buys Premier's Foz do Amazonas interest (mor than 9 m $)from Upstream | louke |
