President Vladimir Putin said on Friday Russia was ready for deep oil production cuts with the United States and OPEC, but firmly put the blame for the collapse in oil prices on OPEC’s de facto leader Saudi Arabia.

Putin, speaking in a televised video conference with Russian government officials and domestic oil producers, proposed to cut combined oil production by around 10 million barrels per day, or around 10% of global output...............

PMO a better recovery buy if this oil price has bottomed IMHO

Gap closing breakout? Decent Charlie-1 well test and subsequent sale of the asset C2 could clobber Premier’s debt mountain. Well and truly in rerating territory!

Update post C-1. Pmo clearly threw the dice on this appraisal well, not a bad decision at the time.

Hi Crystball, I think the court of session in Edinburgh is currently closed for 3 weeks from 23rd march. so assuming no conclusion until after then.
