1- Encouraging numbers coming out of China & Korea and measures taken by rest will yield positive results.2- Russia & Saudi Barbaria's economy is heavily reliant on oil, they will have to come to some sort of agreement.3- Every downturn is followed by growth and every sector of economy will need huge amounts of oil to facilitate that growth.

I said the creditors would get sufficient numbers to get the vote through the creditors meeting.
They did.
I have never said the company would get it past the judge.
You must be feeling the strain, what's your view on the dilution versus debt repayments that the company cannot meet?

An unexpected good day today, the share price closed at the dizzy height of 16.4p.
The bonds are trading at 42 pence in the pound (junk), the company got booted out of the ftse 250, shorts are over 21%, you can then add to that the presumptuous and artist accounting exposed by ARCM, what's not to like?
Tomorrow the company will have to convince the Scottish Judge that it was fair to exclude the amortised creditors from the SoA and that the creditors were given fair and reliable information to base their vote on.
The US government pledging to buy domestic oil did nothing to halt the rapid decline in the oil price that we are currently witnessing despite what was posted on here last Friday night, the Fed cutting interest rates coupled with the massive QE proved ineffective in its aim of propping up the markets, the Fed has little room for maneuver from here.
The Futures are taking a beating, despite what the disciples want you to believe, the VIX is the only indicator that is up.
Then we have the C word, no little brother not that one, the Coronavirus, how much consumption of oil has that removed from the market? The UK and Europe are only just entering the three month phase of lockdowns with the US not far behind.
Will shale go bust before the two bob outfits like PMO buckle under the unsustainable debt (at current oil prices) given the shale producers ability to wind down production and restart a lot faster than conventional oil?
Good to see one (dB) trying to work out how long this dog can survive, must try harder, lol.

Facts are pmo went up on day oil dropped 10% if we have a recovery in oil tomorrow this will fly. The bottom is in. Big up day tomorrow

Well considering that the share price is actually under the EPS of 19.9p I think this is bargain of the Century, I got in today at around 14p, not many stocks around that you can find the share price under the EPS.

Look its a long time since we open again and anything can happen but oil is getting hammered ,. Right now. Us $28 UK $29 a barrel

You don't understand what the futures are when the footsie closes at 16:35 the futures kick in. So since 16:35 and now the market is up 34 points which points to an open higher than the close today of 34 points currently.
