Also, check out the LSE board. Xulu is back!!! I would say that is good news but he called prem wrong last year. and when he bought back in earlier this year he called prem wrong once again. so now he's back for the third round. let's see if third time lucky. but just as an objective observer I have to say IMO he mistimed his buy. He/she should wait for the placing. there is money to be made here with a placing in the .10 range.

man i miss the logman. I saw a post by him a few days earlier admitting defeat with prem:). his calling was spot on.

So now the big decision for GR is if he goes ahead with the webinar or cancels it. We know a placement is coming for RHA (GR mentions limited additional capital in the Interims) and usually the price falls after a GR webinar. so does he want to risk raising at sub .10 following a webinar or cancel it and place at .10. This is why we pay GR the big bucks so he can make important decisions such as these!

Doc,

They have been saying they will be generating 10,000 a month for the last two years, when they did start production they couldn't even muster 5,000 a month.

If they want to go underground route they are now saying the mine needs further money spending on it. RHA is a money pit.

I admire your resolve to keep buying stock here, I hope it comes good for you.

Donald don't agree , The path is pretty obvious .Drill results will be out , most likely next week , then Barra Report . The Barra Report will be used to let a joint venture take place , most likely to get a deeper shaft and higher profitability . As it stands gr is saying the minimum to come out the ground is 10,000 a month of tungsten , this I think is around £500,000 a month to prem if not £1 m . So the future looks very bright .

Suffice it to say that the status at RHA must now come to a head."

"In the leadup to resolution of the equity status, Premier has recently commenced further drilling with the dual purpose of establishing conclusively whether or not the open pit should be reopened and to guide the decision in regard to the underground mining future development. The decision the Company needs to take in regard to underground mining is whether to deepen the main shaft or to establish a new decline shaft system. Deepening the vertical shaft is the cheaper option but will limit the mining rate and would likely not see RHA at a mining rate any greater than 10,000 tons per month even after upgrade of the hoist system. The alternative decline, whilst longer term to construct, will allow a much higher mining rate and overall better prospects for higher profit over life of mine. Early indications from deep drilling of mineralisation approximately 70 meters below existing underground workings have returned encouraging intersections of the ore body lode system with massive visible mineralisation. Assay results are expected and will be announced as they become available."

and yes thats light years away from anything happening, still can't even work out whether open pit is worth bothering with after all the extensive testing that has already been done over the last two years, and now the underground mine needs further studies as to route forward.

Zulu is in the final stages of negotiations, an agreement could be reached tomorrow or end of this week, do not ask me to provide proof or buy on my recommendation but this is merely for people to realize i am not a liar, not saying anything now until the end of the week #prem
