I tried to and some listened; i guess it’s a bit late for you on this one, but others can learn lessons for next time.

Rule number one, the comment i posted earlier.

Rule number two, don’t try to evaluate AIM minnows like ftse 250 companies, focus on management amd credibility. There are a lot of sharks about that can tell a good story.

Dimitri.
What exactly is your reason for posting, I seem to recall you have no shares in this company. Or are you
trying to save us from doom?

Didn’t somebody once post that AIM is littered with companies with ‘world class assets’ whose shareholders will never see the benefit of them because they have management that are incompetent or crooks?

Agreed hitman the news is not good. Depends if there is a silver lining. The asset is to all intents and purposes world class. The issue here is we haven't got world class management. Will have to see what George comes up with. He may have had a better offer and if Cadence could not have come up with the money wanted to pusue it. However, I like everyone else invested could be clutching at straws.

George stated that he believed a liquidity event was going to take place with Circum in the near future. Could this be the unlocking of PREM and provide the needed funds for the ZULU DFS? Who knows, but in the fullness of time all will be revealed. It might be that me and the Doctor are the only shareholders left!

talked to the company. they're not sure what the fuss is about. GR has been pretty clear that is mostly a lifestyle company. The lack of any progress, the constant delays, the continual placements, etc...GR could not have been any clearer. They confirmed that the next piece of news is that they are still in negotiations with the Zim gov't re ownership but need to raise funds to progress RHA since it's really close to going back to production. they're nor sure about the grades but that really doesn't matter does it? it's never mattered in the past, shouldn't matter now. go prem!

Could well be that Cadence did not have the money. Either way it is irrevelant as we need a partner to get Zulu to the DFS. I suspect we will here news on RHA before we hear anything positive regarding Zulu. Again, this is more disappointing news for shareholders.

I suspect that going forward any positive movement in the share price will be met with selling. Before we get to the selling we need a positive movement. George should have given up the CEO role and passed it to someone that can energise PREM. It amazes me that these individuals are so capable running other companies but when I invest in companies that they manage now, they are so inept.

TRUST is the major issue here and there is a serious lack of it. I fear that PREM will just issue more shares to get them out of the hole. I remain invested but my patience has run out.

That's just speculation by a few pi's. Whatever happened only Prem team and kdnc team knows. The fact is George can't be trusted.

So they didn't have the money to proceed, that just looks bad on us that we didn't do enough DD to begin with.

Doc, i was dissapointed that Cadence were the JV partner, I thought it was going to be a big chinese player with deep pockets. Some have suggested there was nothing ever behind it and it was only a play for time. Dangerous game for both parties if there was any truth in that. Maybe it's time for the Zim government to step up and push some of the new investors approaching them our way. This all feels a bit desperate now, we are serioulsy in need of a break of some sorts, GR is leaving us dangling and I hope there is nothing sinister going on like trying to kill off the share price/company to take it private. Will the new chairman do anything?

now we just need GR to do a podcast this afternoon so he can go to sleep with a clear conscience that he is working hard for his 300k+/year.

GR's main accomplishments this year consist of podcasts and webinars.

The next piece of news will be the Bara report and a raise to start implementing the recommendations in the report. and then GR might have to call an EGM to increase the cap again so he can raise more funds to self finance Zulu DFS.

I know it is disappointing , but for me I felt it was too eRly a time to be giving 30% away . Let's get rha profitable and get a take off agreement and get to dfs without giving Zulu away . Get the dfs done then give30% away to get to the mining stage
