This whole kdnc issue could have been a set up with DL involved knowing his connection. The objective imo could have been to get the placing done and give more time to George. I have lost all faith in the man and his track record over last 5 years led to that.Glad I only hold 4m instead of the 14m I held this time last year.

One step closer to GR kicking his feet up for the rainy season. And now he doesn’t have to reply to any more pesky questions from KDNC about possible issues.
He’s got his 300k and his sharecap raise so next years salary is in the bank!
And sometime in 2019 he’ll start taking about new interested parties when he’ll need to raise the cap again. And of course prem shareholders will approve. Like they did this year.

It is ironic that many shareholders did not want Cadence as a partner and now they have gone some start to bail. The bigger issue is whether they were the only interested party that wanted to come to the table. If so, PREM have a problem. Did George have a plan B or is he flying by the set of his pants. Reading between the lines of a very vague RNS I am unsure whether they have any other interested parties.

It pains me to write a negative response but I am thinking George needs to pull more than one proverbial rabbit out of the hat. It would seem that news on RHA and/or Circum may come to the rescue but I am not holding my breath just a large downward spiralling shareholding!!
