Its a junior, small-cap, miner in Africa with no money...if you 'invest' here, you know its not going to be plain-sailing. No point whinging incessantly about it....could be worse Mugabe could still be in charge and seize the bloody mine.

£750k will not even scratch the surface for the money required to put RHA into production. It will merely keep the lights on until the next funding. When he says PREM is fully funded until December 2018 that does not mean they will not go to the markets for more money before then. Don't get confused.

LTH screwed again after another discounted placing. Why wait to announce this this after yesterday's good news it was obviously negotiated before the spike! I now feel that GR needs to go and get someone in that has a clue.

Vote of no confidence should be the next RNS after this placing that funds the Christmas festivities!

How many times has this been 'funded to production' Molatovkid? Anything with GR has to be a complete avoid

When you are between a rock and a hard place, you do what has to be done. I don't suppose the banks were lined up to offer money to PREM.

In the great scheme of things, if this gets the RHA mine up and running and operating profitably then its worth it.

Bang on the money Jungmana.

Not only but also "This placement will see Premier fully funded in regard to working capital until December 2018, "

There's also the G&A to pay so another placing to follow in December 2018.

My worry is once all the legal stuff is done and prem finally gets 90%, how will RHA get funded into production again. Off take , JV or make use of the new 2bn shares he can't wait to issue.
That project is a money pit and will need financing.
From rns of 20th July;
"Self-financing of RHA is the least preferred option and would only be considered on the basis of either a rights issue or open offer."
i hope he comes up with a good deal for the long suffering holders.
