The Bull ...

Been on holiday for 2 weeks so missed the proactive interview but GR explains in depth the RHA issue and liquidating one part so they can own 100% of RHA.

proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/stocktube/9974/upside-for-zulu-lithium-project-looks-very-exciting-says-premier-african-s-roach-9974.html

Not sure if you have listened to it but I feel it does answer your question.

Best Regards

MrPhilJones ... I have no idea what your issue is but where you get off on fabricating your BS is beyond me.

Why not have a read of the message I sent.

The Bull ... I think neither too. Just gone through rocky election in Zim so will need time to deal with other things first. Also I think you may have the wrong end of the stick with RHA. He hasn't threatened to pull the plug just to liquidate one company that owns it leaving the company that PREM owns owning 100% of RHA but it is an option he doesn't want to go down as it may anger Zimbabwe Government.

I am just interested to see how GR can convince shareholders to increase the share cap by another 2 billion.

GR will come out with a significant announcement about significant developments. He will also state that there are numerous interested parties who've signed NDA's about the significance of the significant announcement. This in its own right is significant, by anyone's standards.

Do you think GR will pull the plug on RHA or do you think the deal will be signed imminently as in the next 7 days

Hope George does take action this week if the 90/10 split isn't signed off, he's has to follow through with that, cannot drift on awaiting a signature.

this is almost worthless and hit another all time low. All of us including me have far too much cash in this utter dawg. 0.1 placing and consolidation coming I suspect and that will dilute us out of our misery
