That's good. You can use that imaginary money on English lessons and then you will know how to spell difficult words like 'losing' and 'too'

What a muppet.

Gives George another 2bn shares to play with. I believe this will not be last. We had the same story when he took the limit from 5bn to 7bn shares .Now up to 9bn.

Vitec, you are a shareholder so you have a right to say why you are unhappy with the company and it doesn't make you a deramper.

We should have an RNS tomorrow stating the outcome of the EGM.

I remain a large shareholder but anything George says I now take with a pinch of salt. When it has been officially announced then I will accept it as fact. George needs to purchase a calendar and a clock as he has never got his timings right. His 48 hours can be weeks or months. I am just going to sit tight and wait.

When reading the annual report I cannot recall ever seeing so many assessments of risk and ensuring that we all know about it. The line at the bottom where George thanks the staff, employees etc is missing one very important group of people "the bloody shareholders" we are the ones that have suffered through the mis-management that he has overseen. I would have much preferred if he had become Chairman and someone else CEO. However, we are where we are. Let's see if he can pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat!!

One further thought. A liquidity event regarding Circum has been on the cards according to George for the last two years. Unless he has been tipped the wink and he knows for certain it is going to happen in Q1 2019 then I would not hold any credence to this time frame. I don't think he knows and is going on the best information available. Again, let's see.

Re: "i would have gone had it not been in bloody Belgium (many others would I suppose), is it always there" - the cost of security would be too high in London, that's why he hides it over there.

From AGM webinar:

According to GR:-

News on RHA within the next 48hrs and if no sign off then we will liquidate and buy back. This will result in us owning 100% and we will subsequently gift the government 10%.
