Then if I am boring post a counter argument. I am here and ready to read the "font of all knowledge" that can dissuade me that I am wrong and that you are right and that I should sell up and move on and invest in one of the shares that you have ramped.

I have made a substantial amount of money from UKOG for having a contrarian view. Everyone was saying sell and I was buying. It is right and I am the first to put my hands up that Monday's RNS caught me completely unawares. I also should have top sliced when we got to 1p. I make mistakes like the next man that is part of our human frailties, we doubt ourselves and make poor uninformed decisions. My reasoning for staying put is that everything I felt before has not changed except for the YA involvement and the issuance of shares.

I am not foolish to believe that this is a done deal. However, I have looked at the risk/reward ratio and still feel that this is a compelling story and that there are rewards to be had.

Thanks Donald. timw3, you accuse me of ramping but probably haven't even bothered to read any of my posts. All you seem to do is ramp other shares and be completely obnoxious to everyone else on this board. We will see in time who is right. If you have a counter argument then post it. I am happy to listen to other points of view. I suspect though you are unable to or incapable of constructive debate as your posts are based on attacking the individual and not on anything else.

I could lower myself to your level but see little point in attempting to trump your churlish, childish behaviour. You are what you are. Need I say more. Good luck to all genuine holders, it is obvious to me that you are not.

Just sit back, relax, ignore the trolls, value will out! Zulu is a monster and GR is unlocking as much value from it as possible. Nuff said.

tim,

vitec is conservative by his nature, he doesn't ramp this share to any extent, I would say his posts are always fairly well balanced.

When the news comes everyone will want back in and PREM will go from being unloved to loved. I see 1p being a physiological barrier initially but the emphasis should be on the Mcap not the share price Where we stand today is too low but that is what the market thinks we are worth. The canny investor has done their research and understands the journey the company is on and can purchase at a decent price. How many would have wanted to purchase at this price last week? The issue is that YA casts a dark shadow over everything and the positive is being drowned out. This will change but will take time.

Donald, if you read back over all my previous posts you will see that is exactly the conclusion I have arrived at.

There are two elements that work hand in hand here.

He was desperate to get his hands on more Circum shares but as vitec has pointed out clearly the seller wanted cash this time and not Premier shares. Secondly we can all take it as read that Zulu is a lot lot bigger than anyone anticipated and to sell/jv or whatever at the current juncture in time was not the correct thing to do, it needed to be proved up some more. So because of that there was no cash just yet to come for him to purchase the Circum shares. Also the quicker he can prove up Zulu and put that deal to bed the better as it still may then allow him to buy more Circum shres for cash.

So he has had to go to a lender for cash to enable him to carry out both parts but he needed it yesterday. That's why the lending terms are what they are, because they had him (as I have said before) over a barrel.

So just sit back and wait all will be revealed I think fairly soon.

Don't call people 'stupid' or 'fools' for having different opinions to your own then, especially when they are proven to be right.

Guys/girls can we just leave it there, we don't want this board to descend to the depths that others do.

We all have differing opinions and strategies to try and make money in the Wild West known as AIM and that's just the way it is.

Tim - my avg in thr is about 1.05p. Trin is the cheapest and most profitable oil producer on market right now. In March cash in hand was $12.8m and have been adding about $30k to that each day.Anyway that's enough lesson for you today. Let's get back to prem.

You want to talk about companies going bust. I can name a dozen companies similar to PREM with BENT ceo's that have gone bust. Lets talk about them !
