Barnet - I knew you got the 0.25p figure from LSE. Is rubbish as other more knowledgeable investors have explained the deal on the same sight.

Jung

The rns yesterday set out a set of calcs...well explained on LSE. If this share price is maintained at below 0.5 then the new shares will be issued at about 0.25.

I second that corp. Primary bid would be my choice. The very name of Darwin or YA sends punters away

The best thing that PREM management could do is listen to their Shareholders and get shot of this deal with YA, as we don't like the way you operate !!!

Got a few PREM.
But BLU have just released another RSN that will sooner than later
make it a bigger riser than ASOS.

I thought we were told that the last Darwin deal had a sort of safeguard as well

HD - I have suffered at hands of Darwin and I do understand how they operate. But the deal here has safeguards . But I wish George had instead done a primary bid raising as last March. I believe he could have raised the amount.

Nope, Jungmana, maybe it's you that doesn't understand - clearly you haven't suffered at the hands of YA before - even with such "safeguards."

Looks like a lot of punters don't understand the finance deal with YA. Listen to George in the vox market podcast again. Though is not a deal am happy with but I can live with it seeing will end up unlocking value of Zulu.

With YA at the helm - be a long time before you see any significant rise in this share.
Its a shame really as Zulu's a great asset, just a shame the PREM management are prone to fu@k ups like yesterdays RNS !!!

soon be back to 0.39 to buy as it was a week ago. Although I could see 0.3 at some stage this week.

To think I sold a load at 0.95 just last Friday morning. Bought most back at 0.5...too soon.

This would have shot up this week I thought .....but the management could not wait to dilute. Now look at it....and the new shares will be sold at about 0.25p.

Silly prices, all you can do is buy and tuck away, MM's mugging quite a few, those will be kicking themselves in a few months, when the share price is above 1p

vitec - have you considered that the big seller could be YA? Would be in line with their behaviour in similar situations.

"Death spiral financing" according to George, is reason enough for anyone to sell now, however good the assets.

Criminal that the share price should be where it is! Has George shot himself in the foot here. Only time will tell, but if the share price stays down at these prices and nothing to suggest it won't, he really will be 'cacking' his pants!
