01/8/2017 10:47 | Barnet - I knew you got the 0.25p figure from LSE. Is rubbish as other more knowledgeable investors have explained the deal on the same sight. | ![]() jungmana
01/8/2017 10:45 | Jung The rns yesterday set out a set of calcs...well explained on LSE. If this share price is maintained at below 0.5 then the new shares will be issued at about 0.25. | ![]() barnetpeter
01/8/2017 10:36 | I second that corp. Primary bid would be my choice. The very name of Darwin or YA sends punters away | ![]() jungmana
01/8/2017 10:33 | The best thing that PREM management could do is listen to their Shareholders and get shot of this deal with YA, as we don't like the way you operate !!! | ![]() corpraiders
01/8/2017 10:32 | Got a few PREM. But BLU have just released another RSN that will sooner than later make it a bigger riser than ASOS. IMO | ![]() garbut
01/8/2017 10:29 | I thought we were told that the last Darwin deal had a sort of safeguard as well | shapido
01/8/2017 10:20 | HD - I have suffered at hands of Darwin and I do understand how they operate. But the deal here has safeguards . But I wish George had instead done a primary bid raising as last March. I believe he could have raised the amount. | ![]() jungmana
01/8/2017 10:12 | Nope, Jungmana, maybe it's you that doesn't understand - clearly you haven't suffered at the hands of YA before - even with such "safeguards." | ![]() hiddendepths
01/8/2017 09:51 | Looks like a lot of punters don't understand the finance deal with YA. Listen to George in the vox market podcast again. Though is not a deal am happy with but I can live with it seeing will end up unlocking value of Zulu. | ![]() jungmana
01/8/2017 09:46 | With YA at the helm - be a long time before you see any significant rise in this share. Its a shame really as Zulu's a great asset, just a shame the PREM management are prone to fu@k ups like yesterdays RNS !!! | ![]() corpraiders
01/8/2017 09:44 | Well my 3 buys managed to move it north | ![]() oakville
01/8/2017 09:41 | Barnet 0.25p? That's rubbish where ever you got that from | ![]() jungmana
01/8/2017 09:38 | soon be back to 0.39 to buy as it was a week ago. Although I could see 0.3 at some stage this week. To think I sold a load at 0.95 just last Friday morning. Bought most back at 0.5...too soon. This would have shot up this week I thought .....but the management could not wait to dilute. Now look at it....and the new shares will be sold at about 0.25p. | ![]() barnetpeter
01/8/2017 09:37 | buys coming through thick and fast so seems like a large sell order in place!!!!! Right I teally must stop lookingxat this as it isnt helping.Lets see what happens by December.Hopefully goid news from RHA and avpisitive PEA | ![]() billthebank
01/8/2017 09:30 | bloody hell, timing wrong again, tucked away anyway | ![]() the bull
01/8/2017 09:18 | Price doing what it did yesterday, going down on selling then flatlining when buying starts ??? | ![]() cambradjones
01/8/2017 09:04 | Silly prices, all you can do is buy and tuck away, MM's mugging quite a few, those will be kicking themselves in a few months, when the share price is above 1p | ![]() ny boy
01/8/2017 09:00 | Trade just gone through for 700k+ shares at 0.6P...??? | ![]() bibdaddy
01/8/2017 08:59 | Market always moves in extremes. Is extremes to the downside this time. Imo a bounce to about 0.6p is due either today or tomorrow.Am still waiting for my 2p.Gla | ![]() jungmana
01/8/2017 08:59 | yup that's the problem HD, doesn't matter how good the asset is. | ![]() dmitribollokov
01/8/2017 08:41 | vitec - have you considered that the big seller could be YA? Would be in line with their behaviour in similar situations. "Death spiral financing" according to George, is reason enough for anyone to sell now, however good the assets. | ![]() hiddendepths
01/8/2017 08:36 | Criminal that the share price should be where it is! Has George shot himself in the foot here. Only time will tell, but if the share price stays down at these prices and nothing to suggest it won't, he really will be 'cacking' his pants! | ![]() banksy
01/8/2017 08:35 | Lol! In a few months you will be wishing you loaded up at this price | ![]() jungmana
01/8/2017 08:34 | I'll lend you some at 18% jungmana | ![]() dmitribollokov
01/8/2017 08:31 | Way oversold. Wish I can buy more but all funds tied up now. | ![]() jungmana |
