Wouldn't surprise me to see a large late reported trade after the bell

The issue is there are still sellers. Please remember that up until recently you could pick shares up at .39. I know, because I did. This means that those purchasers are still sitting on a profit. The trades today have differed from the past few days. Not as many large sells but we need volume so that it can flush out the remaining holders that want to sell.

I just tried a dummy sell for my 3.7m in one go and was offered 0.45 for all, so there must be a lot of demand

The spread is incredibly tight. You are looking at the headline rates of .4 to sell and .5 to buy. The MM's are very close to .45 to buy and just over .45 to sell.

Surely all it does is stifle trading.

Surprised we are seeing any tades with a 20 % spread. What do the mm,s try to acheive with such large spread ???

I don't think so until the overhang is cleared.

timw3, As you articulate your argument so well I will leave you to stew in your own juices. I see it pointless trying to enter into a debate with you regarding PREM as your position is absolutely clear to me and is a polar opposite of where I am.

I agree with you that George's reputation has been damaged and that shareholders at present have the right to gripe but in all other respects I disagree. So I think we should leave it at that. Agree to disagree. As I have said, many times before, time will tell who is right.

Desperate. I have caught you out. Believe me I am not desperate, far from it. Is that all you can put forward as an argument? I am off out for a while, I will leave you to try and come up with something better. But I doubt you can. Au Revoir.

Have you been caught with your pants down and purchased at a much higher price? The answer to that is probably yes, like many on here, including myself. The difference is I am not bitter and twisted and can take the pain.

timw3,

This is what you posted only a few days ago and you accuse me of ramping!

I have been reading the flurry of posts on here after the recent exceptional news.

Good to see that the impatient critics have been largely placated. The remaining few will find it increasingly difficult to attack the progress currently being achieved.

More encouraging is to see new buyers arrive and that they are aware of positive developments.

I have updated my previous progress summary as follows: -

RHA:
PREM's strategic plans for RHA tungsten mine are making excellent progress. Safeguards are secured guaranteeing advance payments of wolframite ore being exported. The latest photos and videos on PREM's website shows production progressing as planned.
Photos:
Videos:

News on the completion of minor works to allow the X-Ray sorter to process the increased production rates is expected very soon followed by news that continuous profitable production is underway.

The current low frequency of shipments is mitigated by increases in European APT prices that will add value to future shipments. Other buyers have offered to match the current off-take agreement and renewable export licenses are in place to secure continuity of future shipments. Shipments will need to be increased to cover operating costs that are currently being funded as planned by the £2,011,396 oversubscribed placement held 26 March 2017.

Zul:
Zulu will be a significant development as Lithium drill results are updated.

The Mobile Metals Ions geochemical survey to detect hidden mineralisation will also add to our knowledge base.

News on the terms of any joint venture is also expected soon though given the current drilling timescales, September seems realistic. I can envisage a joint venture with the Zimbabwean Government similar to RHA and funded by institutional investment bonds. We are fortunate in that whatever deal is reached we have already established good relations with the Government so approvals will be easier.

The latest Zulu RNS is here: -

Catapu Limestone Project (TCT):
The TCT limestone survey is underway and we should have the resource confirmed in due course. The associated timber division will partly subsidise the drilling costs and the Mozambican Government has now approved restarting licenced timber production following the recent moratorium.

Circum:
Aspen forward sold their 189,491,750 shares issued in lieu of PREM's 0.7% increased stake in Circum potash. Following recent huge volumes of buying, these discounted shares have all been bought up by the market.

PREM now holds 2,649,333 Circum shares in aggregate, representing 2.7% of issued share capital of Circum.

I agree with you there that his reputation has taken a hit and that what he said and then subsequently has done has differed. But as I have written in one of my previous "boring" posts, was that this was done for expediency and that if he pulls off the deal that is substantially better than anyone thought, then he will be forgiven in spades. Remember, he is the biggest shareholder and has the most to lose. He has to get it right otherwise his personal wealth will be hit very hard.
