The vest difference is between investing in north korea or south!!

When it's clear holders are not going to be diluted to hell and back! That would be a good start point.

why will you be stuck for years?

Very simple logic. EDL have taken years to get to procution plant. Now they are a few weeks away with local goverment support!! So where will you get stuck for years?

TOY, the deal with Aspen was for PREM shares, the last deal was for cash. I read the RNS of the 18th July and it states;

"Today's Purchase is part of part of a broader proposal that Premier made to certain Circum shareholders who are willing sellers and who are not restricted under the Circum Shareholder Alliance Agreement from disposing of all or part of their holdings in Circum. Premier proposes to acquire, at its discretion, up to a further 10% interest (in aggregate including today's Purchase) in Circum at a price of US$1.50 per Circum share, which together with Premier's existing 2% interest in Circum, will increase Premier's holding in Circum to 12%, in exchange for the issue of new Premier ordinary shares. The maximum consideration would amount to approximately US$14.511 million in the event that the Company completes the purchase of the additional 10% interest in Circum."

There is now a 2 tier structure. $1.50 if in PREM shares, $1.25 if in cash. There was no mention here of paying cash and may have been PREM's intention of how they wish to purchase. However, the seller may have wanted cash rather than shares and this changed the picture, hence why PREM had to get their hands on some cash quickly.

It is all supposition but I suspect George thought a deal for Zulu would be concluded and we would be in the driving seat with cash in the bank and a higher share price Now that hasn't happened he must be fairly certain that it is going to happen and soon otherwise his ambition to purchase more shares in Circum will have to put on hold or PREM will have to borrow more money and/or issue more shares, which is a complete non starter having seen the reaction to Monday's RNS.

vitec/DT,

Agree wholeheartedly with you both. I genuinely believe the share price will start to bounce back very shortly, exciting assay results for the Lithium are coming, we know that. The so retrace is a simple over reaction, and I wonder whether Circums distressed seller was provided with PREM shares in this latest asset purchase by PREM. It would explain a lot.

Be prepared folks, this is about to rise again.

I'm happy to hold here folks, I've even picked up some more shares yesterday. This is a fabulous opportunity with what is coming.

Assay results will be with us very shortly for the Lithium at Zulu. Make no mistake on how good these results are. You only have to go through the recent history of Zulu updates to know we are hitting more and more mineralisation with every drill.

We have already been advised of buyers being on site and Hains coming over from Canada.

Zulu will be a SUPERGIANT Lithium discovery. Massive, utterly massive.

Just seen a big trade on L2: 22m @ 0.45 timed at 14:55 (worth £99k). Given what other sales were achieving at that time, am guessing this is a buy.

Doesn't look like they want to let anyone in below roughly .45 at the minute anyway.

Well it make no sense for anyone to have the price down here atm. The payback/further borrowing doesn't kick in for another 2/3 months
