I suppose it does show you how quickly this could rise if some good news ever happened. But one more bit of bad news and the reverse of course.

Bull - it's tempting :)....

I honestly can't believe that after all these years of zero progress, GR is still trying to sell investors on 'meetings'. Remember all those meetings he had at Mines and Money London. All those interested parties in Zulu. Turns out it was just GR talking with Brendan over the free lunch. Technically it was a meeting so GR was telling the truth:).

I can sell you 25M at approx 0.4p which is what I paid for them and was promised great things by the management, zulu to dfs etc and washing faces at rha over 18 months ago.

The lse board: where math doesn’t matter. The August 18 raise was for 750k and lasted 6 months (and actually only lasted until December and then prem started accumulating debt). So the massive 400k raise in Feb 19, not only had to pay of the debt but also fund working cap. And napom says, prems good for another 6 months. Ha! Raise in May is locked on. Just depends at what share price anything under .05 and I think we should all load up!

tedoby ... it's funny how you call people who highlight the concerns with PREM as derampers , of which there are many - concerns and derampers - as you call them, yet ramp the assets to the high heavens.

How do you think we can unlock the assets without Circum IPO ?

IHNC

Now it’s end of the month for news! ;). Soon it will be, ‘Q3 for news’!

And SVS run a tight ship I have to say. Making their employees work throughout Easter....

Hi Ted - that lse admin fee was taken from napom actually. And I know we don’t agree on the definition of debt but GR is also on record saying that the raise in Feb was needed to settle some urgent IOUs and for working cap. 400k does not last that long. So I’m sure we are low on cash again....

And the fact that a certain poster showed up a few days before the SVS placing and is sill reporting posts makes me believe that either SVS aren’t done selling (which they should be by now) or that they are forward selling the next placing (much more probable).

And going back to circum. GR was desperately trying to sell prems stake last year and there were no takers. Maybe things have changed this year (I’m hearing murmurs) but if we don’t get this 6 mil this week then at this rate we could be waiting until next year. And in that case the placings will be at 0.02. But again GR won’t care too much. He’ll just raise the share cap.

And lastly. I see folks on the lse board are accusing others of multiple ids. The last time this happened the share price was in the 0.2s. And napom was so happy that they purged the site of all the derampers. And what has happened since. Oh yes. The share price dropped to 0.07s. Excellent work by napom.

Val I'm not as close to GR as you appear to be. So I've no idea what he's been saying to shareholders and therefore can't comment unfortunately.

You and I are aligned on the fact that changes need to be made at management levels within Prem. We just have very different views on the way it should be sorted and the timing that's all.

I can't agree your view on cash when you say "The last one has to be almost done" though. I think the figures and calculations used to support your statement aren't quite right. They may be worth re-visiting and checking. Especially the one for LSE fees where it looks a though you may have used a "joining fee" rather than the annual cost.

Ted - very well researched post re circum. But the fact that GR is telling shareholders that he would give his left arm just to have someone give us 1.25/share says something. Nothing good unfortunately.

Looks like SVS works day and night trying to report any and all posts on lse. At this point they’ve either taken a mistimed position in the company or they are trying to forward sell the next placing. The last one has to be almost done so there’s no need to monitor the board 24/7 for ‘negative̵7; posts.

Val is not invested in prem. Valium has an obsessive hatred of GR and Prem. He needs treatment.

Wally - unfortunately a solid wedge.

But there’s not much I can do while GR continues driving this company into the ground. Well apart from my running commentary;).

And I see, SVS is still posting. I would have thought that with yesterdays late afternoon chunky sells his job would have been done. Well apparently not, so it looks like we’ve got more block sells to go through.

yes! we hit 0.06s!

now that we have had the Easter excuse, the next one will be 'well it's the summer holidays so of course nothing will be signed yet. just need to wait for the minister to come back and it will be signed in a jiffy!' ha! I jest, I jest.

that's just SVS posting on the LSE board trying to prop up the price so they can offload the placing shares. let's see if SVS decide to dump at the 0.06s...

the opportunity for shareholders was last year. Napom saw to it that nothing was done. Like I said, Napom was GR's best investment.

And in the past I said admin would be better than this. but I've heard the valuations that potential investors are putting on the assets and I can tell you that if we sold everything today, we would not get 6 mil. so the best hope is that we somehow avoid admin and pray that Circum happens in the next 12 months or so. maybe we hit .10s on that news...

He is either being bent over backwards by the zim government or we are being bent over backwards without lube by the BOD. This is looking very grim now. But smiley over on the LSE no doubt with have comforting words. By the time the company gets to this state, there's not much shareholders can do about it unless one can throw a lot of money at it and sack the BOD

what happened to the 'minster is back in town' trade. :) and I think we finally hit the .06's this afternoon. woo!

at this rate, we will be sub .05 by the end of April. right on time for the next working cap raise. let's see how low GR can drive this company into the ground.
