Ted - so what are you views on the 5m/6m trades today. buys or sells? :). like I said, starting to feel like forward selling from the upcoming placing...or SVS has lost all hope and is offloading irrespective of price.

Hi Ted! Those 5ks at 8am. Oh those were def sells ;)...

And tell the folks that GR is on record saying no share buy back if/when circum ever happens. Some of those lse posters need to chat with the company more...

Let’s see if this mythical 6mil appears this week!

Val two questions. One easy answer.

They weren't sells!!!

so are these morning sells just SVS continuing to try and offload their placing shares? Or is this forward selling for the placing that is just around the corner?

Clearly some of the lse posters are new to this stock and haven’t realised that GR has been promising Zulu DFS for years and hasn’t done a single thing to move it forward. How long will the last raise kme last? I’m sure it’s already been burned through. So if we are to continue towards DFS we need more funds and that means more raises ;)....so all this no new immediate raises is such nonsense. GR raised at 0.09 barely a month ago and didn’t flinch....

Can’t wait for the Sunday ‘this week will be the start of the recovery’ ramp. I’m sure it will be something along the lines of ‘those sells on Thursday we’re clearly the last of the placing stock...now it’s time to focus on the upcoming news!...plus it’s the start of the new tax year so people will be taking advantage’.

Hahah. Every week same nonsense, and every week GR pockets a packet.

YES! I really think 0.06s are on the cards today. can't wait for the next tranche of forward selling which should start happening in April (or might be even happening now). The 400k raise had to cover the AIM listing (100k), the HBR dd and deal costs (let's say 50k), and overhead costs/salary which is running at let's say 100k/month. Ted and I disagree on nomenclature, but GR is on record saying they had debt and that previous funds were only until December 2018.

So with AIM listing and the HBR it leaves, 250k. Jan, Feb, and March expenses total 300k. so that means PREM has already burned through the 400k. I'm sure GR is already thinking about his next raise. let's see if SVS take this one up again. I feel they haven't done super well on the previous one. unless all this .07s selling is already the forward selling for the upcoming raise.

Listened to the final episode of a radio programme on the fall of Mugabe, and how basically Zimbabwe is no better of under Emmerson Mnangagwa.

seems like we have reached a new low price price. Only circum event or this $6M injection can save us now otherwise its looking grim. Perhaps another meeting is needed to get this cash

and sells back in the 0.07s. lets see if we can hit the .06's tomorrow? maybe GR can RNS this new letter from the gov't. that should do it :)...

Looks like this mornings fun is over :(. And GR confirming that he's getting more letters from the gov't. ha! unfortunately for GR, that 'hint at a letter and then do a placing' trick only works once. And GR wasted it on a measly 400k raise...

Another example of GR’s brilliance. The last raise at 0.09 was for due diligence on the HBR transaction. And now HBR is no longer on the table. So GR diliuted shareholders at 0.09 and just wasted the money. A classic GR move.

With every passing day it starts looking like all this 6 mil is just ‘pie in the sky’.

Just saw napom bringing out that oldie but goodie about Belfast. If I remember correctly he also said that once that ‘short’ was addressed that share price would recover. Ha! Also wasn’t napom on record saying that since circum got a new logo, the liquidity event was locked on for Q1 this year. Double ha!
Like I said, bringing napom on board was GR’s greatest move.

Prem is just accumulating debt for the rha work.

I’m thinking the next announcement is the kme deal. What’s interesting is that GR needs to increase the sharecap to get the deal done. So we might have to wait until the agm in Brussels in May/June where GR will just vote in favour of the resolution to increase the sharecap. Just like last year. Then he can raise at .06ish for the kme deal.

Also some insane volume last couple days. The weekend ramp clearly fizzled our. ;(

Perhaps the zim government know how fragile the company is and are just stringing the company along, let us go bust and then do a lucrative deal with the Chinese to take over zulu. And we are certainly allowing ourselves to be strung along, all the bravado about taking back control with 90% and then possibly 100% all that time ago. What's worse, am I correct in saying they are actually still conducting work at RHA right now? who the hell is paying for that then when funds are so limited. Its only fomo now that stops me selling up, maybe the zim government are sharper and more business like than they appear

I wonder if GR is still in London enjoying the spring weather and catching a few shows. Can’t imagine him being too busy with anything else these days. Every once in a while he checks the mail box and that’s that. Not much else to do.

The problem is the no one wants to buy our circum shares. No one. GR has already tried to off load them. There were no takers.

And GR can continue doing nothing for a couple more years. By that point the raises will be at 0.02 but again that doesn’t matter to the company. Time and time again they demonstrate that they don’t care about the share price at as long as the raise covers the overheads (I.e salary).

market cap 6.43M

why wait for a circum IPO, he should be selling the stake or borrowing against it for the sole purpose of progressing zulu. Mothball RHA as he should have done before and if the government want in then they can stump up the extra to get it back out of mothball state. They don't seem to be capable of making a decisive decision, what the hell does the Chairman do for us

Buys coming through at .083 now. Makes no difference to GR. GR spent all of 2018 taking about letters and all shareholders saw were placings. 2019 will be more of the same. And all of this stuff by napom saying that ‘they won’t dilute anymore’ is nonsense. Napom was saying the same thing earlier this year prior to the two raises one of which was at 0.09. Ha.
