Moneytolose poster on LSE put up an email conversation he had with GR. Just gets better each day, another nail in the coffin? Bottom to top for reading from here on in.

this is the mail and the return ... had to post don't care now if i never get a reply it just sums it all up take it as you will START at the bottom

my response
Morning XXXXXX

Fixation is based on share price being low and it appears that the way its be noted in RHA we are expecting some sort of funding against our money we spent on RHA 20 million plus which caused us to be in the mess with funds. So yes a lot is riding on RHA from a shareholder point of view , as all projects were delayed because of RHA zulu etc ... as for Gold that’s another path , which as far as shareholders are concerned is just another rainbow to chase we really do need to make 1 asset provide a revenue stream look at TCT where are we on the limestone quarry another rainbow being chased

Regards

XXXX,
The fixation on RHA is quite silly in my opinion. RHA at present wolframite prices is nothing spectacular. Last year at $350 mtu was great. Today at $260 is OK. The real value in Prem lies in producing gold at a cost less than $800oz and getting Zulu back to work

How do I get this message understood?

And given that 100 dollar sells now are going in the 0.08s let’s see what the 20k sells in the afternoon go for. Like I said, we might hit 0.07s this week. Whoop whoop.

Napom’s best was trying to tell folks that GR wasn’t going to raise at this level. All those ‘gr is also a shareholder, he won’t dilute himself, we can sell arcm for short term working cap, etc...’ and yet when GR did raise all napom said was ‘well yeah’. How exactly is he representing shareholders?

And I was kidding re the event. It was supposed to be this week but gr has nothing to bring to shareholders apart from more jam tomorrow. So he’s delaying it. I don’t know why he’s delaying it. He should just do an egm in Brussels again, raise the cap by 10 billion and raise at 0.05. Easy. Not sure what he is waiting for?

Ted - so you are saying GR can allude to something being complete, then raise funds, and then ignore said thing. I’ll bet ten dollars that GR already forgot about the rha and the epo. Now that he has cash for HBR that’s all he’s focusing about.

I’m hoping GR will also buy a historic diamond mine this year. That way we will be truly diversified.

And no I won’t be attending. GR is useless. And says whatever comes to his mind in order to appease investors and fleece them in the coming months.

Val why do you think Zulus EPO and the RHA agreement news is overdue? I haven't seen a comment or RNS on that from Prem. Have I missed it?

I doubt invitations to the investor evening will be sent in the post. So my advice is to keep your eye on Prems website. You shouldn't have to wait too long. Will you be going?

I haven't seen the post from napom saying the Circum CE will happen Q1 eother. Can you post a reference to that one please?

Can someone call GR and ask what happened to the rha news or the EPO update? I thought both were lock on. Hence the podcasts. Did GR just say those things to get those placings off? Also, GR was supposed to be hosting the investor evening this week in London. My invite must have got lost in the mail?...;)

Lastly napom said that circum was 100% happening in Q1. Hopefully after March the shareholder group will realise he’s a GR stooge.

ihavenoclue I don't have any friends either imaginary or material that I could discuss Prem with. I only wish I did.

I'm more than happy for you to ask how many shares I hold. I fact you just have.

I'm genuinely sorry to hear about your loss in Prem. But I'm sure you're not on your own in that respect.

Buy sell or hold good luck with whatever you decide.

You're not kidding - fingers crossed it gets big enough for IC or Shares or somebody to use as a story to fill a page. Big ask though but as a NUFC fan I live in eternal hope :-)

Tebody, you must be having conversations with your imaginary friends to come up with some of the statements you do.I hold enough of these at enough of a loss to throw any more in. Can I ask how many you hold and how many you will be adding?PREM seems to be a sounding board for GRs musings that he toys around with as he burns through cash still waiting for the Circum IPO. My worry is his ability to conversatively manage the money to bring the true value out of the current assets rather than just throwing it away on buying more assets or into RHA.RegardsIHNC

Ted - don’t think so. Maybe a few k for a quick trade. Dunno. I know I sound negative but I think this has much to fall this year. Based on what I know re Circum, we should not expect it this year. So that leaves massive massive dilution for Zulu and HBR. Like 5 billion shares. Rha if it ever happens is a money pit. GR has already alluded to that a new shaft has to be built. That can’t be built with Zim bonds. It needs to be built with US dollars. The zim bonds are only for the employees. So that is more and more raises.

Thanks Val for reminding me about the 10%. I do recall that vaguely now. But that was offer was mad in jest and supposed to have been taken as that if my memory serves me right. In effect it was a "try-on" offer that are common but I guess no-one would have been more surprised than the offeror if it had been taken seriously.

Just because others said to be interested in valuing Zulu at the time didn't appear doesn't mean there wasn't any. There may have been. We just don't know.

There does appear to have been a cycle of good news then a placing I must admit. But this time the cycle seems to have been broken. A placing or in this case two followed by..... will have surprised some and I'm one.

We both know that Prem will need more cash if it's to monetise it's assets. But providing the raises are accretive and they improves the Shares in Issue to Market Cap ratio shareholders should welcome them. In whatever form.

The option of debt or equity should always be seen as a best value exercise and if GR is right he's it appears the debt option isn't favorable just now. I'm not sure he's right mind

I don't even have a phone by the way. Ha ha!

Val I can't honestly remember the 10% for 500k on Zulu saga. So I simply can't comment on it I'm afraid. Much as I'd like to.

"the infamous overhang" I guess refers to shares being released from the two recent placings which were finite. So in theory the overhand must clear at some point although I do accept it may feel like it's an endless process to some.

Anyway I'm off to phone the men in white coats in a little while and you shouldn't be chatting to mad people you know. Ha ha!

Ted - do you know what I just remembered. That 500k for 10% of Zulu. Why didn’t GR just take the 500k now for the drilling? Why did he dilute shareholders. He was happy to give up 50% of Zulu with newco so that means GR should have had no problem with giving up 10%.

Makes you think GR made that 500k up as well.

Despite a considerable number if disbelievers there now seems to be a growing acceptance that the government is in fact prepared to provide finance to resuscitate RHA.

You really are off your freaking head !!!! LMFAO

Ted - always appreciate your responses. But yeah I just think it boils down to how I view GR now. His words are meaningless. And I think the numbers are too. I’m sure once he gets off the massive dilution we will be hearing about unexpected delays at HBR.
There’s a difference with someone trying to navigate a difficult period for a company and what GR has done with misleading statements and endless dilution.
