So why the apparent reduction in revenue/test? (edit Ngen my have just answered)

Just £50/test today (£0.6m for 12k)
Vs £130/test 16/17FY (£3.1m for 24k)
And £147/test 15/16 FY (£2.5m for 17k)

Great progress and lots of subtle hints. I believe the revenue model is different for distribution / laboratory partner hence the lower revenue per test, but I believe mostly drop to bottom line.

Costs if a settlement is not reached is £2m. This was also the figure given by TW, not a huge surprise as I imagine they its the same source. Manageable as they become cashflow positive very soon. He reckons that yesterdays RNS relates to South Korea

I more or less yesterday I say the same as you overdone and the most of the court case was in the price and I got told to gamble on horses
