I am fast coming to the conclusion that AIM is probably best avoided altogether. For every star, there must be 50 losers. As far as NIPT goes, those court costs may well lead to a placing and the spiral down will begin as dilution and bad news run their course. Andy

actually re-reading the Statement the Company just states broader should generate cash - not expected to be be cashflow positive.grim

The patent ruling only affects 20% of revenue and the markt cap is now only £13m - given backing of thermofisher and expansion into other parts of the world IMHO this is a opportunity to top up.
Company will be cash positive shortly too.

I sold out a while ago, at a loss. If I was still invested I would be heading for the exit right now. All sounded great at the beginning but all downhill ever since Illumina stepped into the scene.

Had cash of £1.3mn at 31.3.2017 and borrowed another $5mn from thermo in July...What do you think the award will be...where are NIPT going to get the money from?
