it's all about the cash at the moment, all these contracts are well and good, but they don't cover the running costs, let alone the court costs and damages...

uncertain of how much and how soon any cash call will be

One has to wonder whether Thermo's sales network is helping this very rapid, worldwide expansion? I don't think there is a formal agreement.

Costs and damages no more than £2m apparently if no settlement and license with Illumina reached before hand.

I am no expert but maybe somewhere between bankruptcy and 100mill market cap is where we will be and hopefully at least 40% higer
