what's the point, we already know the format, autumn decision it is unless Illumina settle, which is not going to happen imo....then again,who knows what might happen if the EU start to put some heat into them!!

my glass is half full here and I am upbeat and behind what Dr Hall of Hardman's told me a while ago as he has researched the patent issue in some depth and I agree with his outcome.He reckons Illumina have a weak case and who am I to argue as he has far far more info and knowledge of the situation than any of us and in any case reckons that the patent can be got around even if they do lose the case, so what's the problem?

so when/if the court case goes in favour/settlement of Prem you reckon this won't see 20p again? wtf!!
They could well have enough now to see it through to profit at year end, so talk of dilution is a bit premature don't you think?
Just about everything you post is a deramp so agenda is noted eh, lol!

Indeed , me too. Doubt we will see 20p again tbh. Seen the likes with so many aim stocks. Suspect after more dilution we will gradually see further deterioration. It's been a real 5hitter I'm afraid . Optic was the better bet but easy to say that now
