14/7/2017 11:20 | 'money must be low as well', really!?....did you not see the latest RNS regards TF? also now reckon to be in positive cash position by year end! If it goes to appeal it just gives Prem even more time to get a much better foothold globally...Europe is only and very slow moving territory, Asia M/E and others is where the fast growth will come and Europe will be a much smaller part of the income stream and less significant as we go forward. | hjb1
14/7/2017 11:06 | All dumping going on again Nothing going to happen here. Uncertainty kills shares off. Money must be low as well.I will wait now should go back to 8p over coming weeks. Till case is over !! Then your going to get an appeal....Long long way to go and wait range looks like 8p to 11p now. | thinkbig?
14/7/2017 09:15 | yes, very true! you either think they will get the verdict or you don't, and even if they don't there is the rest of the globe to go after and they seem to be making a pretty good job of that so far, so all won't be lost. It seems like Prem have a strong defence and of course have Roche as allies so we will see, and let's not forget EU are after them too! | hjb1
14/7/2017 08:49 | It doesnt matter what they do until the court case is settled, its basically been on hold since i sold out a year ago as most people expected it would be. | blackss
12/7/2017 13:08 | don't forget this is still a fairly new start up company, who come to AIM for investment and won't usually make a profit for 2/3/4 years or more, let's face it there are some out there that have never made a penny in 10+ years and still seem to be going strong, but now we know this could well be profitable in the very near future and with a very strong relationship with a massive massive 'friend'.All looking good, even if they lose the case, which they won't imo! | hjb1
12/7/2017 08:26 | Precisely expect but not happening therefore doesn't look like a high growth company | dave444
12/7/2017 08:07 | Me assuming? 'You would expect a high growth firm to be doing much better ' ROTFLOL | captain_kurt
12/7/2017 08:07 | Those warrants represent 15% dilution to the pis, on top of the punitive interest rate , can't say im ecstatic , it means they must deliver no longer a nice to have | ramas
12/7/2017 08:04 | Plus another 29m warrants issued today | dave444
12/7/2017 08:00 | Now you are assuming | dave444
12/7/2017 07:55 | Wait for the next trading statement 😂 | captain_kurt
12/7/2017 07:50 | Sales revenues were up 24% at last report and UK accounted for 25% of that | dave444
12/7/2017 07:40 | Lol the shorters scared to look at the new elephant in the room. Sales growth in triple figures for nipt to be cash flow positive by year end | captain_kurt
12/7/2017 07:39 | Sales hardly smashed it!You would expect a high growth firm to be doing much better and of course there is the 135m in share options and warrants to be taken into account | dave444
12/7/2017 07:37 | If you want to work out the true cost of the loan then you need to factor on the freebie shares...? Looks v v expensive too me.. | tsmith2
12/7/2017 07:26 | Sales estimates smashed to the positive side. If cash flow positive in 6 months they can service the loans very easily. Recurring revenue and blue skies Looking forward to the trading statement in H2! | captain_kurt
12/7/2017 07:19 | More borrowing!Is that about 15m from them now @6%=1m in interest payments a year alone | dave444
12/7/2017 07:14 | You beat me to it. Very positive | timojelly
12/7/2017 07:08 | Now that is a turn up for the books! Backed again by TF and ...'meet its goal of becoming operating cashflow self-sufficient by the end of the current financial year' | captain_kurt
10/7/2017 13:42 | gnnmartin - That's the first I've heard of that and not good form imo. Email reply didn't mention that at all but I guess on the flip side shareholders should be able to research who their invested company are getting in to bed with, so to speak - again imo. Thanks for the info. | gooosed
10/7/2017 11:42 | goosed, I went to the 2016 AGM, and heard there that NIPT no longer gave out name of partners because they had been embarrassed by NIPT shareholders telephoning the NIPT partners and trying to pump them for plans and progress. | gnnmartin
10/7/2017 09:25 | fair comment! | hjb1
10/7/2017 09:17 | New customers were within the European Patent writ area (as confirmed by email reply from the company) . . . . but in answer to your question, in my opinion it would demonstrate a degree of confidence. In the grand scheme of things though (as in compared to the gravity of the writ itself) it's a minor quibble & good news but I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd appreciate a bit of transparency. | gooosed |
