And helpful just talks to himself on the other thread :o) |
The force is strong here.
"One final element in relation to our business development strategy for Morocco is the execution of a potential Memorandum of Understanding for gas sales. Our preference is for commercial reasons to have this in place before testing commences and we are working to finalise this as soon as possible"
As open ended as the "The Company will provide an update if there is any change to this date".
All eyes on the "potential MOU".
Based on what's written in the RNSs, shareholders might be waiting for months.
Why suddenly the expectation of immediate action last week?
Everyone is an investor, not a trader, surely?

Shameful.

Sadly no.
Now a 6p person.
Lost £41.93.
I wish my diets were as successful.
Be careful. |
Helpfull, are you still saying £42? |

Do you mean the RNS tomorrow?
I can tell you what the chart says after the RNS tomorrow, today.
It says you should have listened yesterday.
Be careful. |
Helpfull, have you learnt by now that charting is no more than a trailing indicator when it comes to a share like PRD? Have you ever wondered why your chart mysteriously seems to tell you something diferent immediately after an RNS? It's almost as if the chart is following the news right?
Let us see what your chart tells you after the next RNS. |

The rise today is built on firm foundation.
Someone postulated a rumour of the MOU being signed and testing of Mou-3 started at the weekend, just passed.
Someone else Tweeted that postule of a rumour as true and another tweeter confirmed the other postulation as genuine.
The initial postulator then quoted the first twitterer as evidence that his rumour was not a rumour, but fact. As it had 're-twittered ' as certain.
All well and good.
Until no RNS tomorrow.
Setting up for a fall.
Question everyones integrity.
I have none.
Be careful. |
Where have all the wrist slashing doom and gloom merchants gone ? |
The force is strong here.
An ugly week.
Started with the certainty that testing in Morocco was nearly finished and it was just a matter of apportioning the multi-Tcf to various buyers.
Stopped in its tracks midweek with the news that testing hasn't started. And won't start until a MOU is signed.
Ending the week with the certainty (again) that testing has started and the multi-Tcf will be apportioned again. Despite no MOU.
Crazy times for speculation.
Best to ignore the share chart:

The tight Bollies have been breached and there is a death cross forming.
A lower share price is indicated.

Latest instalment from the mad house.
The testing is not taking place because Big Oil don't want anyone to know what is there.
Not the company.
Not the shareholders.
Not even themselves.
All deals work like that.
No one knows what is being sold, what is being bought or what is being paid.
Appears to me to be a reasonable scenario.
Most unlikely is that there is no interest. Or no offer.
And the statement from the last RNS:
"Cory Moruga will provide newsflow over the next 12 months but most significantly creates the opportunity for cash flow in 2024 to protect against difficult market conditions and negative investor sentiment caused by uncertainty generated by regional conflicts and poorer global economic performance"
is already redundant.
Or maybe not.
Be careful. |
Unwelcome Mike. Sit on your losses and spare us your old guff. PANR might come good one day but until then it's a Ponzi and if you got left holding the parcel well only one person to blame. Another that might come good without bubble-point issues is PRD. |
Re: "Mike290 is a PANR shareholder sat on massive losses like most of them.".
Actually, I'm sitting on a huge profit.
Just shows what you know :-) |
