Fascinating to read about Yeo's TMO Renewables court case where he was found to have been misleading, dishonest and in breach of his fiduciary duties as a Director. I particularly enjoyed the judge describing Yeo's tendency to speechify.

Last night I checked back to my decisions to offload in late December and early January.

Trying to remember what caused me to doubt and act, in case I can teach myself some lessons. Was it some rational logic or just a response to the share price doubling and tripling? The first offload was a simple profit take. The sell out was more considered, based on a review of the commercial prospects and a fear that there was more hype than real progress being announced.

So the lesson is to use a price surge x2 or better to recover initial investment, and then to sell down when things don't sound right. This way you never lose money, which is supposed to be the golden rule of investing. You do miss out on some brilliant gains though, if you quit a multi-bagger on unfounded fears.

Could be something nice in the hydrogen strategy to support the likes of phe to success. If every council had one and hydrogen bin lorries and livery etc then the world will be a better place just needs a push over the line this one
